Horrible tasting bagels and especially bad cream cheese. Do yourself a favor and check out Comfort Bagel in Westfield or Holyoke, this place is impressively bad. You can also get better bagels at river valley.

I’d totally give 5/5 if the consistency stayed the same. It’s happened a few times now where a small part of my drink gets missed- like yesterday, I used my reward to order my usual maple cinnamon oat latte, but it tasted burnt, kind of like decaf, and didn’t have the maple syrup, which is almost $2 itself. It might seem small, but those little details really make or break it for me, especially since it’s part of my morning routine. I used to be a barista, so I totally get how busy it gets, but keeping things consistent is what keeps people coming back. That said, everyone here is always super kind! When I broke my foot and was on crutches, a staff member even brought my coffee out to my car so sweet :)

25 minutes for a single bagel. Another guy in there waited even longer for a bagel with butter. Staff were laughing about joking around in the back. Genuinely absurd—we won’t be coming back.

love the food. but Northampton location always spells my name wrong. Even with me spelling it for them. Today I am Oynna apparently.

Good cream cheese, decent bagels (a bit over priced), Horrible service. More interested in phone in orders than customers standing in front of the register. Seems like it might actually be overstaffed but no one is really directing the high school kids as to what good customer service entails. God, I miss Brueggers.

In a bagel desert, Tandem does some of the best. Signature sandwiches. A recommended place for your breakfast or lunch run. Clean and bright, not my idea of atmosphere, but other folks would love it. They keep it very clean. Great service.

Only reason for four stars is because of the copious amounts of butter on a single bagel. Specifically in Northampton.

Stopped in for a bagel and coffee. I was served the bagel about 10 minutes after ordering, and got my latte 22 minutes after ordering. Delicious bagel and coffee, some of the best in the area, but the wait time was so silly. There are crowds of people waiting. Hire more people!

They offer gluten free bagels! Its such a treat to find a place where I can get a gluten free breakfast sandwich. It was genuinely delicious. Nice indoor and outdoor seating.

Love coming to Tandem. I grab lunch at least once a week at this location. All the folks that work here are kind, pleasant, and work hard to make the customers experience a great one. I’m happy to support this business and glad they continue to open locations!

They mean well but no one’s too eager to get you your order in a timely fashion. Stopping in for a bagel and a coffee could take up to 45 minutes.
