Would be nice to know this in advance since I'm in a hurry and specifically ordered online to just grab and go (meanwhile people who came with or after me and ordered directly already left with their orders)

Decent vegan options for bagels such as vegan cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sausage patty (I believe it’s impossible brand)… I feel like there are some quality control/consistency issues. I’ve gotten egg on my bagel before my accident when clearly I wrote “no egg” …one time they gave us bagels with vegan cream cheese and the cream cheese clearly had gone bad (they refunded us so whatever) but I would say most of the time the food is pretty decent.

The price for a plain bagel was $1.79 and to add cream cheese was an additional $1.79. Cream cheese price was too high.

I am so disappointed and disgusted ?? I ordered something I regularly order a lot at West Springfield and have ordered before in Northampton, and I trustingly bit into it thinking it would be good to eat, and someone had poured some oily stuff all over it that I definitely did not order, and that coated my mouth and could not be spit out or washed off and doesn't come off with brushing my teeth. They said it was "probably vegan butter" which was available on the order form as one of maybe 30 or more options, and which I did NOT select when placing my online order. Totally nasty food from a place I loved and trusted and ordered from all the time, but I am really beginning to feel like no restaurant can be trusted not to sling more grease at customers than anyone would want to eat, and that I really have to give up and prepare my own food at home because while this experience was merely disgusting, I also have food allergy that is life-threatening, and if I can't trust the people preparing my food not to put things I don't want and didn't order in it, I am just not safe eating there.
