Lovely cocktails, friendly staff, good vibes, good food. recommendations: Brown Butter Maple Old Fashioned, The Nines: (Mezcal, passion fruit…), bourbon peach bread pudding. Dinner can be on the slow side when they’re busy, but worth the wait.

This place is great! The flavors and planning of the dishes is top notch. The service is attentive, kind, and actually cares. The food is consistently GREAT. Cocktails are also creative and well curated. Go, and go again!

Probably will not be frequenting this bar again. I used a large bill to pay for cover so I was using the same cash to order the second round of drinks. Since I had placed a similar order prior I knew it would fall between 17-19$. I had a 10$ bill in my hand with the rest of the cash still being in my purse and had asked for the total. The bartender sees the bill in my hand, gives me a dirty look, scoffs, and yells “way more than that”. This specific bartender consistently treated me different than my friends (who happen to look nothing like me). It was very disheartening and my friends also witnessed the difference in treatment. Especially in the town Northampton, where everything is “inclusive”.

Me and some friends wanted to try somewhere new so I decided on this place but we got in paid, made our way to the bar but it was so busy we all decided just to leave and go elsewhere. It was great that was busy and popular but it was so packed you couldn't see the floor.

Food is great. The service last night was awful. We were seated and left to sit for 15 minutes before our server even acknowledged us. Waited another 20 minutes for our drinks. Eventually we flagged another waiter to come take our orders. It made us feel like such a burden and honestly made it hard to even enjoy the food or experience.

Great food and exceptional drinks and the best customer service you could get on a busy Friday night. From the wait staff to the owner, who happened to be the one to greeted our party and made it possible for us to have a table during a last minute misunderstanding 😊. we very much plan to return, and will make proper reservation. 😁

Way too small of a bar, for how many people they try and host. Bathroom lines are forever long, and alcohol takes forever to be served. Not really a bar I would want to go back to.

The security guy who was charging the entrance fee 02/23/2025 and we were paying the $6 for 2 entrance, attacked me just because, showing his discrimination and hostility and aggression against an unarmed woman and at the first moment mistreated me and attacked me. I called the 911 and filed out a police report and i will proceed in court

A place that reinvigorated my hope in downtown Northampton when it was at its lowest.

In a sea of closing classics and slipping standards, Tellus is redefining what downtown can stand for. Insanely reasonable prices (especially for Noho), innovative (without being obnoxious) drinks, and bar food that doesn't take itself too seriously, but will knock you back with every bite.

We needed this place so bad and I'm so stoked to see it BUMPING on a Wednesday evening at 5pm. Keep it up y'all. Go patronize this place forever please.
