shorter heavier woman who seems to be the manager or owner, black pulled back hair, was extremely aggressive and rude for no reason. I guess she is stressed out but she takes it out on customers. kinda ruined it for the high price

i wanted to get something on their online menu, only to find out when i was ordering in person that the meal i wanted isn’t served/held at the place anymore. The person who was working the counter said that the online menu is over a year old… 😓

I ordered a matcha latte and the egg, bacon and cheese sandwich. They got the size of my drink wrong but it was pretty good and I was in a rush so I didn’t complain. I really wanted to like this place, it has a nice atmosphere, the service was fast and the staff were very welcoming. But when I got home I found a hair in my sandwich after eating half of it! Pretty disappointed :(

extremely dissapointed in the matcha. this was 7$. what’s advertised and what I got is worlds apart. It tastes like a sugar bomb and looks like a swamp. Maybe they switched real matcha for the powdered mixes since the ad photo was taken. :/

First time here...everything was extremely bland. The price to taste comparison was not it and not worth the price I paid. Also sanitation should be top priority, hair should be tied up in a bun and someone shouldn't be touching their hair and skin constantly while making my smoothie, touching the fruit in it with their bare hands. Honestly disappointed.

One of my go-to coffee house /cafe choices in the Pioneer Valley. This Northampton relaxation & rejuvination sanctuary is place for great coffee, breakfast treats, lunch sandwichs and evening sustanence and ale. Wonderful folks and atmosphere.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast. Breakfast sandwich was on a house made roll that was delicious, great looking desserts, coffee was great.

Food tasted good but the service was awful. They just forgot to make some of our orders and even after telling someone, they didn't do anything. After 25 minutes of waiting we asked them about it and they said they would make it then.
