I just ordered a caprese flatbread pizza and the box that it was placed in was standing upright and so when I opened the box the pizza was completely destroyed and non edible. I called the restaurant and asked them if they were responsible for the placement of the box and they told me no. I complained to the door dasher and he was so kind and called me back and told me he was handed to the box standing up IN THE TAKE OUT BAG. Mike the bartender is rude to customers.. he thinks he is the owner.. I have been going there since it opened and have never experienced anything like I did with his demeanor towards myself and friends.. I complained to the manager who did nothing when he was out of control right in front of her!! I will go back once he is gone!!
