When ordering my sandwich I asked for the bread to be changed from multigrain to country sourdough, the cashier said they aren’t able to modify sandwiches under any circumstances. Sandwich nazi’s here what is that shit

Food was great, but doesn’t excuse the terrible atmosphere. The lady with dark hair and glasses should not be in the service industry if she’s going to be such an insufferable human being. Me and my wife will never be coming here again which is a sham because the food was very delicious.

This is one of the best spots in NorthHampton, Massachusetts, definitely has the freshest ingredients and I’ve been all over Northampton restaurants. Mediterranean salad is worth every penny they put a lot of ingredients in it. Everything is fresh and crisp and it’s actually very big salad. Their sandwiches are spot on, desserts are delicious snd beautiful, The one thing I like about this place is I get service with a smile sometimes that’s missing in restaurants today and Cafe but not here. You can tell that everybody likes working there. They look very happy I didn’t go in July 2025 I go as much as I can.!!

I ordered the Nantucket on GF bread. The bread was extremely dry, cut too thick & fell apart. As someone who has been GF since the 90’s I know GF breads can be delicious. This bread ruined the sandwich & fell apart in my hands. I won’t be back.

Their hot Honey Lemon Ginger drink is the best I’ve ever had. It’s the perfect balance of all its elements.

I love this place and apparently so does everyone else!! The only downside is that it's always crowded. The wait is definitely worth it. The sandwiches are so good and fresh and there is a wide selection of baked goods and desserts to choose from. If you ask anyone in northampton where to get lunch they will suggest Woodstar.

Very busy and popular lunch place. Good selection of sandwiches and platters. Crowded at lunch time. Food was good value. laidback atmosphere. We had the Roasted Veggie Cheese Melt it came on nicely griddled sourdough. Great.
