When we went for lunch, it was quiet, and we practically had the place to ourselves. Great German beer, and the sausage was top quality. When returning at night, it's a very different scene, louder and far more busy, but that's not necessarily a negative.
The food was excellent but a limited menu although it's expected being a Wurst house their business is sausages. The two times I've visited it has been a bit loud but because of the openness of the space with high ceilings it's not surprising. The beer selection is excellent and seems to have some seasonal rotation. You won't find a full German pub experience here but it's true to its name the Wurst house.

I ate the Texas Wild Boar but I can see why I think they’re mostly a drinking establishment. I ate some of my wife’s pork sausage but as before, I would suggest that even with mustard and green and red chiles, I found the wurst not that tasty.
