Food is descent not great for the price and quantity they served. The amount of rice they serve for a thaali is not acceptable. It is almost 4-5 tablespoons of rice. The pot size is deceiving.
Worst part - we all don’t feel good after food. Everyone is Bloated and had dry symptoms.
Filter coffee- they charged $6 premium price but it doesn’t taste like a filter coffee at all. They gave 25 ml of coffee - are you for real.
Service - you charged 18% gratitude since we are over 5 people, I understand it’s on your website.
But where is the service. There should be some gratitude/service you should show. There is no one who would come to your desk, suddenly one fellow comes and drops the tablet and leaves. What does it mean?
You put a kiosk to reserve your table/no attendant- why the hell I should pay you 18% gratitude- explain me .
There is no come and attends the table unless you ask for them.
Further the waiter puts you in spot to give a 5 star review and include the it names. Very bad practice. I can see his name on all the recent reviews.
Service was not nightmare and waiter who took the orders was least helpful. He is not willing to explain the things. He was restless and no patience.
Overall pathetic customer service, not worth once time , prices doesn’t meet the quality and quantity of the food. Their menu online doesn’t display prices - makes sense now. I feel like got fooled by photos.
(Food- we ordered South Indian thaali, lunch hour specials, gobi chill fry , naan, Kadai paneer, filter coffee.)

Food was really good and service was very quick. Staff was very polite. Abdul from staff served food very nicely. Definitely recommend for brunch/lunch.

So we ordered creamy tomato soup, but it had some weird smells and tastes as well as like too many sours and, the atmosphere, it’s too busy place on weekends, but they don’t use a single air freshener inside the restaurant. And the fun fact is, we read so many reviews about Abdul instead of food, and we don’t find Abdul and good food as well, particularly creamy tomato soup and some North Indian curries like paneer Mughalai, not Panner Malai, which is (very very) sweet. Because, based on the description, it should have a creamy texture and creamy gravy, but they don’t mention it also contains (very, very) strong flavored of cardamom.
