The full sized sheet cake was perfect for our birthday celebration event and fed a big crowd for cheaper than I could find it anywhere else. The design came out perfect. They triple checked that it was indeed supposed to say “100th” and the bakers that assisted me were both helpful. I appreciated that the bottom of the box was very sturdy so that I didn’t stress about picking up the massive cake and it creasing in the middle. I am very happy with this hassle and stress-free experience and will definitely be using BJ’s bakery for sheet cakes in the future!

Merchandise is often not in stock, and never reflected in the App. Hardly anyone on the floor available to help find items. Coupons 'clipped' on the App are mysteriously missing from the final Bill. Least offerings of all BJ's branches.

If I could give this club a 0 I would. This is the 3rd curbside pick up that I have done there and the 3rd time with a problem. First time I was charged for an item I never got. Customer service lady was friendly, but trying to transfer to the people in charge for pick up orders takes over a half hour and then they tell you that they haven't done any of your order that was supposed to already be filled and picked up. They hang up on you when you request to talk with a manager to find out what is going on and then when customer service tries to help you again to transfer to another person, he tells you that in 15 minutes he can start picking your order and it will take another 30 minutes to fill. I had already waiting in the parking lot for 45 minutes for this point just trying to get a hold of the correct people. Then I told them that I did not want the order because I had 2 kids in the car screaming from the long wait and we couldn't handle another 45 minutes and they charged me for the order anyways.

The BJs in Northborough is HUGE compared to Auburn where I normally shop! I only wish the traffic to get there from Douglas wasn’t so obnoxious; perhaps when they are finally finished with the construction on 146 and 20 I will be able to get there more often? Best BJs I’ve been to yet, by far.
