I gave a one for atmosphere because they were in the middle of renovations and it was just depressing but the people behind the counter where there to prove they exist and burger king is burger king so we all know the foods a four, f.o.t.s. over and out

I ordered an 8pc mozzarella fry and only got 4. I called to see if I could get a refund since I have no time to go back. The MANAGER hung up on me and when I asked if I could bring in the receipt later for a refund, called back multiple times no answer.

To expensive. Since When does a large whopper meal cost 11 bucks? Could have went out to an actual restaurant for that crap.

This is a 1 star review for management and ownership. This is not the first time we’ve come here and it’s been understaffed. Lunch time on Saturday in a busy shopping center and you have only two kids manning the entire place. They are working hard trying to take inside orders, drive thru orders and make the food. This a completely unacceptable way to run a business and treat your employees. Big props to the kids running the show and trying their hardest to get orders out timely and accurately. But to whine ever owns/manages this franchise, do better.

I ordered 2 sandwiches. When I got home, which was 2 min away, the food was ice cold and 1 of the sandwiches was not what I ordered. I asked BK for a refund as the food was not eatable. They want to give me a coupon. Why would I want a coupon? to get more cold / sad looking food? I will NEVER EVER eat at another BK again. They are in the business of food and they cant even do that properly.

35 minutes in the drive through for an online order. We finally got our food and the entire order was wrong. They asked what we ordered. We gave them the printed out order. They again asked what it was we wanted.
They remade the order, which took almost 10 minutes for two Whopper Juniors, and they were both still wrong. The employees were incredulous as to how it could be wrong again. Completely wrong. We left.

Does not pay attention to order. Somehow gave a different size fries to drink on a combo meal when they are the same size regardless. Ordered extra ketchup since the meal is spicy and there wasnt a single packet. Ordered a dr pepper and basically got seltzer
