Atrocious service. Once is understandable. But after 3 instances of having to wait a very long time (all at different hours of the day, most recently 20 minutes waiting to order at the drive-thru—I left by then), I’m never going back. If I had to guess, the staff isn’t trained properly on how to operate efficiently.

I have not been to this BK for a while. I would say it has definitely improved in service and is cleaner.
I went to get a SpongeBob adult meal being a fan in the early days. When my kids were younger we were big fans. We still quote it. The meal was actually quite good. A bit too much for me but I packed it in.

Stopped going there over 6 months ago due to the order always being wrong. Tried again tonight and.. despite the sticker on the bag showing 2 woppers with cheese and quickly checking the bag to make sure we had 2 burgers and our fries and onion rings we get home and 2 we had 2 Jr woppers. Almost $40 and still got ripped off. Should have gone somewhere else. I am so done.

Ordered just large fries on Aug 2 and usually the price is $4.48 with tax and no receipt was given upon delivery. So asked for the receipt which earlier she was hesitant to provide one. At that time did not see the charge on my cc and when going through charges at home I noticed the operator charged $5 and when I received the order she never mentioned about the extra charge for any service. Please check and ask for receipt so you don’t get charged extra. Hope the management sees this review and takes necessary action. I understand it is hard times for everyone and if asked I will be happy to provide extra but you cannot charge extra without my consent.
Slowest drive through I've ever been in. It gave us enough time to sit at the window and watch the employee working in the kitchen eating while working for several minutes so that seems a bit....unsanitary? Glad I was just passing through and don't come here usually.

Burgers were dried out, not to mention they have shrunk to half the size for double the price. All set!

Been eating here for over a year and never had a problem. Food is hot and tastes exactly like you'd expect from any Burger King. Only minor gripe I have is that it can be a hassle to get in/out due to the BJs gas and single entrance, but that's not the fault of the restaurant.

They always forget to give me Fries! First time I thought it was a mistake but it happens every time so it’s not a mistake, there is something fundamentally wrong in their operation!!

I gave a one for atmosphere because they were in the middle of renovations and it was just depressing but the people behind the counter where there to prove they exist and burger king is burger king so we all know the foods a four, f.o.t.s. over and out

I ordered an 8pc mozzarella fry and only got 4. I called to see if I could get a refund since I have no time to go back. The MANAGER hung up on me and when I asked if I could bring in the receipt later for a refund, called back multiple times no answer.
