The competition seems to have lost the script for the service they provide.Enough about them.Clean restaurant, attentive service, AFFORDABLE good fast food.Parking lot is... interesting? Love how clean the dine-in area was! Received my food quickly. It was hot and fresh. 10/10 service, great place to grab a quick lunch or late dinner!
Stopped going here, even though it is the closest location because I experienced the manager being outright rude to myself and every customer over several visits. We were served our food on our last visit without pickles, and thinking it might've been a mistake, went up to ask about it and got yelled at that they didn't have any left as if it was my fault for asking and not knowing. Won't return unless under new management.

The manager is a rude weirdoSpecifically the red headed woman with glasses. Always rushing and is hella rude every time I’m there. I work near there so I swing through a lot. It’s been MONTHS of this lmao.If you can’t handle a nice person asking you a question then don’t work with people. I’ve never given her a hard time but she seems to have an issue or an attitude every time I see her. She should stay out of the window or flat out quit lmao

Terrible service. I have been here only 2x and both times I've had a bad experience. The first time, I sat in drive thru at the speaker for 13 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Cars behind me were driving off. The second time, it only took 5 minutes for someone to come on the speaker and take my order. Get up to the window and it's the same Asian girl that was there last time. She is just standing there not doing anything. Waited forever for her to take my payment and charged me for 2 rodeo burgers. All I ordered was a chicken sandwich! Finally got my chicken sandwich and there was nothing on it, just the chicken patty.
Stood in line behind two customers for 10 minutes. Nobody was moving, so left. People came in after me and left as well. It’s a shame because I like the whoppers.

Went here a month back. It was supposed to be open only to sit there for a solid 10 minutes with no response. Apparently, the staff here can come and go as they please? The least they could do is put a sign on the drive-thru to let people know.

I have had a multitude of bad experiences at this place but nothing tops the last 2 times I was helped by a woman with long reddish hair. This woman does not allow for even a second to glance at or process the menu. Rudely rushes repeatedly. When at the window she sighs, rolls her eyes, as if your mere existence is of an inconvenience to her. She offers absolutely no warmth or common manners whatsoever. She constantly gets the order wrong and is extremely rude when asked super politely to correct it. My kids have tried to be cute and playful with her and she has completely ignored them. First time it happened, I shrugged it off as she might be having a tough day and gave her grace, this 2nd time I had my children in the car. If I am treated this way once more, she's going to have to be made aware. I am not sure how the rest of the employees can work under such a toxic person/ality. This place is very close to my home and is my only option most times, otherwise I would never return. I will definitely have to take it up with a supervisor or someone higher if I am treated this way again.

If I could give a fourth I would my sandwich didn’t have cheese ,which was extra ,didn’t get my fries ,shake machines were not working ,only had certain sodas lettuce on sandwich was brown and wilted for some place whose slogan is have it your way you certainly can’t at the Northboro crossing BK
