This is my favorite place to go when I’m craving a good sandwich!! The Thorndike is seriously one of the best vegetarian sandwiches I have ever had it’s bursting with flavor and always leaves me feeling satisfied after I cannot recommend this place enough if you are looking for a really good lunch spot!

I heard about this place ages ago and finally made here to see what might be gluten free … lucky me … I was able to get the Fay in a gluten free wrap and it was delicious especially since it didn’t fall apart. The sandwich was a harmonious combination of flavors and textures. I’m already looking forward to going back and I haven’t even left yet.

If you haven’t checked out this gem, you need to get up get in the car and go! Walked into this sweet spot by chance. The ambiance was perfect, giving the feel of a day time cafe with live music playing in the background. The sandwiches were truly exceptional. We had the Italian and the spicy Sopressata with burata (daily special). Best sandwich place around, I’m speechless! There’s also a bunch of local goodies for sale. Loved this place so much! 10/10 would recommend for Everyone to check it out!

Erin and her team have truly created something special in Northborough! I've frequented for many reasons...sandwiches for lunch, the BEST Bolognese from the freezer, veggie sides and amazing salmon from the array of freshly prepared foods, and maybe a few bottles of wine! The shop is also full of interesting finds from local and other small makers and makes it easy to quickly build a last minute gift bundle. The team is always friendly and super helpful. This place is a true gem!

Even the tubs of garnish and specifics reheating instructions. It all truly made our party wonderful. Everyone raved about how incredibly tasty the food was! It was especially nice for me since I'm still recovering from surgery and I didn't have to think about the main dishes for 20 people! Extra bonus is that you truly understand gluten free!
