This company treats their employees badly. The sandwiches are low quality, yet expensive. The CEO of this company is also a horrible person. I can't recommend enough NOT to eat here

I love JJ subs however, the customer service at this location is lacking for sure. The guy working the register didn’t seem like he wanted to take my order, maybe because I am a minority. I only think that because his body language changed as he was helping a customer after me. My suggestion is to hire more friendly and welcoming individuals if you want returning customers. Thanks.

I unfortunately have to update my review that originally was 5.My compliant is specifically about one of employees who is very rude. I’ve never seen such behavior in any restaurant/fast food that they talk sarcastic to customers. Every other person is very nice but her! And this is the 2nd time I have issues with her behavior.Please advise how I can document my complaint.PS: the 2 sandwiches I received have no number/name on them. None were packed properly in a bag, together with napkins, etc.So if I don’t get such services, what the tip is for?

Jimmy makes a mean sub that tastes good in the tummy. They like to say something like “do you want that jimmy’s way” and the only answer is “heck ya brother I want that jimmys way “PBR score 1 out 69. They do not sell it here

Drove all the way up there, said it was open online, got there around 130 in the afternoon and the place was closed.. I suggest calling before going there…
Definitely went down hill. Ordered on DoorDash they do not update the order status. Then Jimmy John’s employee brought the DoorDash order which was unusual. Made the sandwich incorrectly. The sandwich was tiny. Total waste of time. Total waste of money do not go here.

Never again I'm done with this place!I had a reward for buy one combo get 1 0ne half off. By mistake I ordered the items separately I asked the manager to cancel the order and ring it up with the reward. He said that he couldn't. So much for customer service. I told him that I would not be back he could care less ! I've been going there since they opened. My new go to place is Jersey Mike's it's way better and closer to my house! They also deliver to my house Jimmy John's won't.This is the 2nd time posting this the first one was deleted!
