During COVID-19 self serve bars are closed. So just picked up some Brown Cow yogurt, blueberries and a pastry for a great tasting breakfast. Excellent produce here.

I find the food expensive over here. For what you end up paying after they weigh your box of food, you can easily sit at a good restaurant and eat hot food.

This bathroom was so clean I would literally eat off the bowl. It was so clean I felt as if I was corrupting it purity. There is no bathroom cleaner than here. This is the godly all mother of clean thrones. I am not worthy

We went on a Saturday evening about 6PM. To our surprise about half of the trays were either totally empty or almost empty. I asked one of the workers why so many are empty. She said we are filling them. There was one woman with one tray. I said I have never seen it like this. She said...."It's Saturday night" I guess that means they can't handle the volume on Saturday night...so go somewhere else. We got the message. BTW what was left in the trays seemed old. I got some of the fried rice (what was left)....and it was soggy and seemed to have been there for quite a while. Very disappointing. We should have gone elsewhere.

Wegman's has everything you want and more that you didn't realize you need under one roof! Regular groceries, specialty items, kitchen goods, liquor/wine, gadgets, amazing cheese selection, all types of take home or eat in the store foods!

So my New England friends have ALWAYS raved about Wegman's, and - being in the area - I had to check it out. Here I thought it was "just" a supermarket, but found it to be so much more! It was a little tricky finding it, as it was in a massive shopping complex (multiple roads/multiple buildings!), so you might want to use your GPS. An earlier post referred to it as the "Disneyland of Grocery Stores" - it's Disneyland AND Disney World AND even Universal Studios. Anything and everything that you'd ever want ... and more! Fresh and organic foods are everywhere!!! In fact, you'll find it more difficult to find pre-packaged items than the fresh things that abound. And the café/deli/bakery - oh, my! I can't even BEGIN to list all the marvelous foods. Again, the meal that I had was fresh and yummy and fabulous. In fact, you could basically eat three meals throughout the day ... and shop in between. I look forward to the day when I can return to the area ... in the meantime, I hope Wegman's will eventually consider opening stores in the Midwest!!!

Try the Chinese food. it is tasty and there is a large buffet selection, so you can get the type and quantity of food you want.

This store has something for everyone. Tops brands as well as in store brands. All fresh foods are excellent quality. Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. One of the best buffet style eating areas I've ever seen inside a super market. I never leave this store empty handed.
