We have been going to MONTI’S for many years and can not give enough kiddos for the food,staff , willingness to provide your specific requests and desire to make the customer happy. Once again, I have to say thank you and WOW! The spanakopita I picked up today was amazing. I make my own and am very particular. I have to admit they are better than mine! You both are so sweet and helpful, Everything is quality and moderately priced. I don't know how you do it, but we are lucky to have you right n Northborough!
The only thing wrong is they need a new clock . The one they have in the store is broken, I think. After 3 orders that were prepaid , again, prepaid, given a time, all 3 orders were not ready when we arrived. Two weren't even started. I feel that when you prepay, a business should recognize that you are a good customer, and, at least have the order ready.
