I love ordering the Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew and get it almost every day this shop or Westborough. However, the quality in this shop has been inconsistent. Sometimes it’s made perfectly and tastes amazing, but other times it’s really watered down and lacks flavor. I’m not sure if there’s a quality control issue and I may need to switch Starbucks location if it keeps happening.

Not a busy store, very few cars outside, still it took me 10 minutes to order a drink when I was the only one in drive through line. Service was pretty poor as well.

We used the drive through, which was very quick, but both of my drinks were wrong. We got an iced coffee and iced tea. The staff member was also not paying much attention to the window.

There is an employee Isabella, who was like angel to me yesterday, she helped me out of her way when my car was broken and my phone was out of the battery . She helped me getting the Uber , so I can get home easily. I really appreciate her help so much ?

Hands down the rudest Starbucks ever! I’ve had two negative experiences in the last week…. All because of the drive thru? If you come to this location, go the extra mile and get out of the car.

Went through drive through, ordered a hot white chocolate mocha. The gentleman (blonde/bun on head), barely acknowledged us at window. Asked to use my points, he said yes then walked away. A couple seconds later he. Ame back with my drink. Drove home, my husband and I went to start to drink the coffee and ... not what I ordered. Instead, it was more like a hot milk with white chocolate in it. And some yellow fluid floating on top. It tasted awful. It wasn't worth my gas to drive back. This happens so often at this location if you go in the evening. It appears the team working the later shift are more interested leaving rather than taking care of the customer. It's really too bad. I am losing my interest in Starbucks. Time to find a better coffee shop to enjoy. Or make my own. It is t worth the time or $$$.

Been going here for a few years. Couldn’t be happier. Treated like family. Everyone has a great attitude. Store is managed and run really well. I’m just another happy customer who wanted to share my gratitude! Keep up good work everyone!

Gave wrong order and Jeremy was very rude, terrible customer service. When I went to return order said why did you drink it. And told me why are you showing attitude.
