We went today, I wanted a peppermint coffee, but wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. When I ordered a peppermint cold brew, the employee (I wish I got his name!) guided me through how to make it the tastiest version of what I wanted. When we pulled up to the drive thru window, he waited for me to taste it to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. It was EXACTLY perfect. Kudos to him, this made my day and I hope more people are blessed with his excellent customer service.

Rude staff. Came here to get my birthday drink. App won't load and he said he had no time to wait. Showed him DL but he said it won't work that way. The white old guy didn't even care to wish and said no to giving free drink. Shame!

I love ordering the Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew and get it almost every day this shop or Westborough. However, the quality in this shop has been inconsistent. Sometimes it’s made perfectly and tastes amazing, but other times it’s really watered down and lacks flavor. I’m not sure if there’s a quality control issue and I may need to switch Starbucks location if it keeps happening.

Not a busy store, very few cars outside, still it took me 10 minutes to order a drink when I was the only one in drive through line. Service was pretty poor as well.
