What’s your policy on honoring reservations? Your hostess on 10/4 at 8 pm was incredibly rude and said it’s first come first serve regardless of reservations and sorry that the people who got there at 6 were still there. I find that wildly unprofessional and a terrible way to run a business. Why require reservations when you won’t honor them?
Dined here last evening. Wow! From the moment you walk in you feel the warmth of the atmosphere in this beautiful restaurant. Subtle music, warm welcome and lovely decor. The staff is helpful and friendly. The presentation on the dishes is beautiful. I hope that more people discover this gem in Northborough. As a business professional, this would be my go-to place to bring clients and business associates. The owners are hands on and it shows.
