I went for breakfast today, I buy four croissant, egg, and cheese and I asked for extra toast but they give me all cold. Asked for extra toasted so she put all croissant together in toaster for 10 seconds only and she give me back with all cold, I will be not go back again.

I went for breakfast with my husband and we ordered 2 bagels ( sausage eggs and cheese) one with extra cheese. So we got one with no cheese, my husband told the employee ( her name is Diamond) to put cheese on the other one. She was yelling on him and said that it has cheese and she was very rude and unprofessional. Worst experience ever!

Went through the drive-thru and the young gentleman that was at the window was absolutely fabulous! We shared a comment on how nobody ever pronounces our names correctly. And chatted for a minute! I was having such a bad day and he made my day

What ever happened to Dunkin Donut’s coffee?I grew up outside of Boston and it was good coffee pretty much a nice coffee back years ago where they maybe did things better then today.Now when I get a cup of coffee it’s either a hit or a miss but I’ve been disappointed and can’t taste it.It isn’t inexpensive either so when you are spending over $5 and the other person tasted his and he said it tasted funny and he thought mine was watery I must be right sometimes.I think maybe the management needs to show how to do the coffee right to the employees so it will taste like a decent cup not watery like milk and water ?.Someone I know used to be in management at another location and said that they need to stir where the coffee is kept like in a huge container, or at least work harder to make sure it’s going to taste good for the price that’s being charged.People should care about what they’re serving and how it tastes.We are paying for it.

Mostly good service, majority of workers there are good, but there was this older lady, red hair, shorter, who was snippy with me and a little rude for no reason. She was rather rude when speaking to me when she really didn’t need to be. I was not about to start a conflict over coffee, but I wish I caught her name because you should treat people with respect. Needless to say I was a little upset after the way she spoke to me. She yelled at me when I ordered one of the new menu items, saying it was not on the menu. Luckily, one of the other workers who was there made me the correct order. But in the future, please encourage this particular worker, if possible to speak to customers with kindness and patience.

Service is sometimes greatly lacking. Very slow with taking orders and plenty of goofing around at times. The food and drinks are good.
They close the coolatta machine over 1 hour early EVERYNIGHT, I order over 1 hour ahead of closing and they tell me after I place mobile order, sorry machine is being cleaned EVERYTIME I ORDER!! NOT the way to run a business. OTHERs don't do this. I will drive out of my way from now on.
Staff goes above and beyond when placing special orders. I order pastries at least once every other week and whether it’s the manager, assistant manager or employees, they all always help ensure the order is placed for the next days delivery.

If you want real donuts then go to Jumbo. Only reason to go here is maybe coffee but you can get better elsewhere. I do like the croissant bacon n egg but they even mess that up. I never get it with cheese but they still put it on. Definitely DON'T go there after 11am as they could mess up a cup of water and it will take 20 minutes

Should change the hours it says you're open until. Every time I go there after 7pm Noone answers the drive thru microphone to take my order and the door is locked so can't go in to order. The morning crew is FANTASTIC up until noon. The pink haired crew seems to not wanna work. Lazy and always have attitude. After noon time this place sucks!
