What ever happened to Dunkin Donut’s coffee?I grew up outside of Boston and it was good coffee pretty much a nice coffee back years ago where they maybe did things better then today.Now when I get a cup of coffee it’s either a hit or a miss but I’ve been disappointed and can’t taste it.It isn’t inexpensive either so when you are spending over $5 and the other person tasted his and he said it tasted funny and he thought mine was watery I must be right sometimes.I think maybe the management needs to show how to do the coffee right to the employees so it will taste like a decent cup not watery like milk and water ?.Someone I know used to be in management at another location and said that they need to stir where the coffee is kept like in a huge container, or at least work harder to make sure it’s going to taste good for the price that’s being charged.People should care about what they’re serving and how it tastes.We are paying for it.

Mostly good service, majority of workers there are good, but there was this older lady, red hair, shorter, who was snippy with me and a little rude for no reason. She was rather rude when speaking to me when she really didn’t need to be. I was not about to start a conflict over coffee, but I wish I caught her name because you should treat people with respect. Needless to say I was a little upset after the way she spoke to me. She yelled at me when I ordered one of the new menu items, saying it was not on the menu. Luckily, one of the other workers who was there made me the correct order. But in the future, please encourage this particular worker, if possible to speak to customers with kindness and patience.

Service is sometimes greatly lacking. Very slow with taking orders and plenty of goofing around at times. The food and drinks are good.
They close the coolatta machine over 1 hour early EVERYNIGHT, I order over 1 hour ahead of closing and they tell me after I place mobile order, sorry machine is being cleaned EVERYTIME I ORDER!! NOT the way to run a business. OTHERs don't do this. I will drive out of my way from now on.

I've been sitting at the order speaker in drive thru for about 20-25 min. He still hasnt taken my order. Huge line behind me, just 1 car in front. He said "be with you in a moment" and then disappeared. Idk what the malfunction is here but you need to train people to be quick and who can multitask. This is ridiculous.

Food isn't bad at all, they just like to mess up everything. I order a bacon egg and cheese with cream cheese on the sandwich. A simple addition to the order is the most difficult task for anyone working. I either get the sandwich with no cream cheese or just the bagel with cream cheese. If it happened once or twice I would understand, but it's EVERY SINGLE TIME.

If you want real donuts then go to Jumbo. Only reason to go here is maybe coffee but you can get better elsewhere. I do like the croissant bacon n egg but they even mess that up. I never get it with cheese but they still put it on. Definitely DON'T go there after 11am as they could mess up a cup of water and it will take 20 minutes

Should change the hours it says you're open until. Every time I go there after 7pm Noone answers the drive thru microphone to take my order and the door is locked so can't go in to order. The morning crew is FANTASTIC up until noon. The pink haired crew seems to not wanna work. Lazy and always have attitude. After noon time this place sucks!

Using the app a day before to order ahead is a waste of time here. It’s no different then ordering when you get there. Useless.” They didn't even have the request for the order that had been made for 50 people and I had to take anything to not keep my guests waiting! Total disappointment!

Love Dunkin’s it’s usually a hit or miss in this location. 95% of the time I place my order through mobile order and I gotta say that almost every single time my donuts are never there I mean ever! I pick up half an order each time and then I have to make an additional line about 10 mins just to get my donuts. It kind of defeats the purpose of online mobile ordering especially when you’re in a rush to go to work. Either 1. Donut was not available or 2. Too lazy to complete my order. Idk. I asked a random person walking by for my donuts bc I was in a super rush to go to work. Ok I get it, maybe short staffed, but just be nice we all have to go to work too you know.
