I ordered food for a birthday dinner and not only got the wrong food in my order (chicken wings instead of fingers - see photo) and the rest of the food was inedible. I called and the gentleman in the phone was rude and insisted I ordered it wrong and refused any type of refund. Terrible food and experience for long time customers. We will be going elsewhere for Chinese food and will go to places that know how to make mistakes right.

What did a dinner special? Had a choice of pork Fried Rice or vegetable romaine chose to vegetable lomain, and there really weren't any vegetables in it, a tiny bit of shredded carrots and a tiny bit of chopped yellow onions. I expected to have vegetables. This is not the first time. Do I have bad luck or do other people have the same experience?

Great grub with my sons here. Lo Mein, mounds of wings, and shrimp with lobster 🦞 sauce. Looking forward to visiting again when in the area.

We’ve been going to King Jade for years and always loved their food. Recently, some of the dishes have changed a little bit, not like they were made before and the prices have doubled. Time to find a new place. Went there for lunch and the lunch special is not a lunch special. It’s almost as much as a dinner plate. Your prices are too high. .

Whenever I'm in the area I stop here some of the best Chinese food I ever had
Had the worst experience in a long time at this awful establishment. The food is absolutely awful! I ordered a hot and sour soup .....a standard and it was neither hot(spicy), nor sour. The temperature was hot but the soup had the flavor equivalent to a dry packet of knor mixed into a teaspoon of Lawry's. Upon politely telling our waitress about the very unsatisfactory soup, she proceeded to argue with me about it. Did not apologize or even off another selection. She left the mostly uneaten soup in my face and said that "everyone has different tastes". Then the fried rice came to the table and it looked like a pile of *h#@! Dripping in soy sauce and nearly black in color. I have never seen such a sad excuse for rice! All said and done I was charged for the soup.......which I had kindly placed on the table next to me after telling her it was not good. Bad service. Bad food. And very expensive for the slop they are slinging here. I've worked in restaurants my whole life and I have a ton of empathy for those in the industry. Furthermore, my tolerance level is extremely high in most situations. I even mae sure the waitress was tipped 15 percent......low by my standards. That being said I left King Jade feeling absolutely furious. Mostly over a 5 dollar soup and some bad food, but completely upset by the lack of customer service, disregard for my feelings, and rotten attitude from the waitress. Eat here at your own risk and after reading this review......I am sure that I will have the right to say ..."I told you so!"

Most of the time the food is very good! Prices are high but comparable to everything else, post covid.
Excellent appetizers!!! I appreciate that they make substitutions on the Pu Pu Platter, though it strikes me that they charge even for products that cost less. Can be pricey.
