I've been monitoring McDonalds food prices at different locations and find this location is the most expensive. More expensive than those close to Boston. Why is that? This is based on the drive-thru menu board.

Service is always good. Just tried the new chicken strips. Rubbery and Gross. Poor product, just like the Mcribs this last time. Mcdonalds needs an update ! Better quality food and new Menu items.

you should tell your crew not to scream at their team members to go home in front of the lobby. i wanted to leave immediately after watching the whole crew yelling at eachother and the shift leader yelling at someone to go home. take them in the back because honestly no customers need to hear that, its unprofessional and makes people not want to sit in your dining room plus half the tables could’ve been cleaned up considering so many people on shift

Mobile order for drive through, sat in line for 15 minutes, get to window, food isn’t ready— okay, go wait in the curbside spot. Wait 25 more minutes. Go inside, food sitting on counter (open). Told they didn’t know what happened. All they could said was sorry, and walked away. Food was cold. Not a great experience. This specific location is problematic in terms of wait times and order accuracy.

Don't order more than a medium fry or you're getting parked. For some reason this restaurant can't handle a drive thru order with 2 meals in it during lunch.
The store mainly prioritizes drive thru at the expense of any customers coming in. Service time is extremely slow. Just use the drive thru if you here inside isn’t worth it

got here at 1043 to go get food inside. The main worker at night. Saw us pull in and locked the door 15 mins before inside close. She always having attitude and i don’t like it as it hurts me inside. I’m a frequent flyer who comes and gives them money and i don’t think it’s fair to be treated this way.
