I’m quite sick of saying thank you to the girl in the drive through without a thank you or a your welcome back, and on top of it texting on her phone, she’s been there for quite some time now and should be taught the correct way to treat a paying customer. The Whitinsville McDonald’s has gone way down hill….

After waiting 5 minutes in line, they told me to pull forward and wait for my quarter pounder meal. After 5 minutes of waiting I walked in for a refund. I took my money to jersey Mike's 2 towns over.

Went through drive through. Ordered mc crispy deluxe. They gave me spicy mc crispy. The cashiers acted like she swapped it out for the right sandwich. But just gave me the soicy one back

I've been monitoring McDonalds food prices at different locations and find this location is the most expensive. More expensive than those close to Boston. Why is that? This is based on the drive-thru menu board.
Well, they got my order wrong, hadn't happened in a while but the guy who did it last time seemed to be managing this morning so maybe it's my fault for not unwrapping every sandwich before driving off? Is that really needed?

Service is always good. Just tried the new chicken strips. Rubbery and Gross. Poor product, just like the Mcribs this last time. Mcdonalds needs an update ! Better quality food and new Menu items.

you should tell your crew not to scream at their team members to go home in front of the lobby. i wanted to leave immediately after watching the whole crew yelling at eachother and the shift leader yelling at someone to go home. take them in the back because honestly no customers need to hear that, its unprofessional and makes people not want to sit in your dining room plus half the tables could’ve been cleaned up considering so many people on shift
