I came here last night with my buddies. I walked up to the counter to order. Not 1 not 2 but THREE, yes I counted three workers stared at me and did not decide to take my order. That right there got me a bit frustrated. Finally after some time of waiting someone took my order. When I got my food I was missing my cup and my precious sweet n sour sauce. When I went back up to get it the workers told me "it's not my problem" I decided to take matters into my own hands and went behind the counter and grabbed everything I needed. They then kicked us out from behind there. I got my food and left IMMEDIATELY. Overall not great

Out of the McDonald's near me this one has the friendliest staff and 90% of the time the best service,but when the wheels fall off, they crash! Still love this McDonald's the best of all within a 45 minute radius.

The food was terrible the guy was extremely rude didn’t know what he he was doing took him 10 min to take are order wrong size drinks and we order 6 nuggets got 5 the burgers and fries were way to salty we want a refund idk if we will be going back.

Spend 50 dollars to get something quick and easy for the family and it looked like it came out of a mop bucket how hard is it to portion sauces and condiments on over priced food, poor experience time after time and they expect more than the minimum wage useless America raising kids with no common sense or respect of how hard people work to enjoy something as little as a sandwich never get my business again

Screwed up my order ordered a big Mac meal with a 4 piece chicken happy meal confirmed it when I went to the window to add insult to injury had to go back to window to get chocolate milk for child person in front of me was waiting for what he was promised instead of them directing him to the parking spots they left me and others idle. Got home finally discovered they gave my kid a cheeseburger instead of a chicken nugget meal it's exasperating

The Whitinsville Mac Dinald's was terrible... the chicken nuggets were cold and hard as rocks. The staff were rude. And there were a bunch of flies all over the ceiling and on the tables
