Clean place, beautiful location. Been to The Chateau before but not this location. Diniz the bartender was great. Attentive, friendly. We sat at the bar overlooking the water. Reason for the 2 stars is that the food was truly bad.

There were 3 of us and none of us enjoyed anything we got. Everything we got was served either cold or warm right on the verge of cold.

Started with wings and stuffed mushrooms. Both were almost cold as if they’d been sitting in the window. Stuffing was OK but the mushrooms themselves looked dirty and were almost raw. Had a snap to them. Wings had that rubbery texture and were once again…cold.

Entrees were surf and turf, French dip, and chicken parm alla vodka. Vodka sauce was watery, French dip and fries cold, zero seasoning.

Apple CRISP was on special so we got that to give them one last shot and it came out seconds later and it was a scoop of ice cream on top on barely warmed apples. Not hot. Zero crisp. Zero crumble.

$167 including a 20% tip for terrible food. Could be just an off day, but cannot justify coming back.

Hands down worst food I’ve had in awhile worse than hospital food. Service wasn’t much better. When I told server I didn’t like food they go argumentative. Definitely will never be coming back

Our reservation was at 1 o'clock for a party of 10. I was there right at 1 and joined a couple of friends . As we were waiting for others to arrive, we were not served water nor asked if we wanted to put in a drink order until seats were full. I would have liked a cup of coffee but didn't see waitress. We had a variety of orders and everything came out as ordered. With an allergic guest , the order was given and the manager came over to confirm what was okay. The waitress honored our separate checks request which we know is a pain for server but works well for multiple guests. We are a group who went to a local high school and gather at an area restaurant each month. We will keep The Chateau on our list for future outings!

Came as a group of seven. Everyone enjoyed their meal, the view was pretty and the waitress was super nice. This is kind of an old-school sort of place but I personally like that and I would recommend checking it out.

I had lunch at The Chateau Restaurant, Norton, MA. It was not crowded, clean and we were seated by the windows that overlooked the water. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food was very good. I would definitely go back again!
