Very slow waited almost 20 min for a bagel.

Employees make the establishment keep on thriving n get repeat business n should make it a welcoming environment and atleast smile. Especially needed in morning cuz that one experience can change someone’s morning. With that said… I will not be returning to this Dunkin in Norton.

recently visited this dunkin and WOW. adriana was the MOST helpful, kind, considerate person i have EVER met. such a sweetheart and helped me with my app. LOVE HER. cant recommend enough.

This used to be my favorite Dunkin. I would always tell people we were lucky because we had a really good, consistent dunkin right nearby. But the last few visits have been really disappointing. Not sure if they're under new management or what, but the mood is definitely more negative and the coffee is worse.

I ordered a medium iced latte with Carmel swirl. They have new ice that's cylindrical in shape with a hole through the middle. When I sipped my latte, it tasted burnt and with no flavor. I started scooping the (excessive) amount of ice out of the cup and I noticed all the holes in the ice were full of my carmel sauce.

Hopefully they get it together over there. I'll be happy to adjust my review if so, but for now I'm going to have to go 1/4 mile down the street to the dunkin in the Mobile station. Or just get Cumbies coffee, because I cant afford to waste $6 on crappy coffee in this economy.

The location is the only issue. From a safety standpoint it is truly baffling why a location so close to confirmed Sasquatch attacks would be decided on. These incidents are not the first attacks, and they most certainly won’t be the last… I recommend avoiding this location outside a few range of solar noon. Stay vigilant.

I've gotten food poisoning from this location twice in the last 10 years. The drive through line is wonky. Other than that, it's your average Dunks.
