Most rude employees I have ever experienced, went through the drive through and asked for a second bag so each kid could would have a bag for their donut, I was told no, I offered to pay for the extra bag and was told “lady we don’t give extra bags” I explained again I’d pay for it and just wanted one for each donut and that I’d sit there until I got one. They threw my card shoved a donut bag into my bag and people in the back started yelling and loudly talking about how I was “entitled” for asking for a second bag.

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever ordered from. No other Dunkin I’ve been to messes up orders as often as this one does. It is inconsistent, they don’t put enough sauce on loaded hash browns, (literally a small squirt of sauce is what I always get) the hash browns are always soggy, I ask for avocado toast with bacon and they charge it and it’s not the first time I get it without the bacon. I know they don’t care but I'm just not coming back there its a waste of money.

This is ridiculous that you have to pay just to use the restroom. This location lost my business never going there again. The manager was very rude. There are changes need to be made.if other locations don't charge you to use the restroom it should be the same for every location.

Every single time I have been here there’s nothing but rude employees. I’d rather drive across town at this point then go right next to my house. I mobile ordered this morning (9/8) and the worker rudely said I did not mobile order, though my order was there and right in front of her, she just didn’t see it. There’s definitely nicer ways to go about it. I’ve had issues getting refunds when they are out of things too. I worked at Dunkin, I get it, but I was never RUDE to customers and acted like I was high and mighty to them. I wish they’d do an employee turn around! It’s been like this for awhile! I hope management does talk to them! Be a nice person!!!! I hate leaving reviews but they ruined a good start to my day!

I went there multiple times and all you can smell is weed. You can tell that a lot of people behind the counter were high. The manger does nothing about the weed and you see this everyday.

I recommend to NEVER go here as the manger is rude as hell to my kid who has a disability. I found hair in my food before. Was told I had to wait in line to buy something or I can't use the bathroom. The atmosphere is like a aggressive, harassment environment. I have seen multiple the manger scream and throw items around. She yells and harasses customers and laughs about it. Worst place EVER

They are all rude and the manger makes people leave the drive threw if timer runs out. There also was a mouse that ran by the table. I got a frozen muffin and told to heat it myself or don't eat

Since when do we NOT put cream cheese on bagels when we ask?? If I ask for cream cheese on my bagel that IM PAYING for, it’s because I’m DRIVING! Worker says “we don’t put cream cheese on, I’ll put it on the side” I’m sorry what? LAZY! Ma’am I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for 20 years. I’ve never had that said to me! I will go to the Dunks by Attleboro. It’s the best one anyways. The Manager there is the absolute best!

Absolutely terrible service. Not sire why I keep going back but not anymore. Told the lady my order was wrongand she insisted it was correct and said sorry and shut the window in my face. Never going back. Find sonewhere else. You will be happy you did.

I was in the area for a week so I went in a few times to get something to eat. I was greeted right away, I purchased 2 not very fresh Boston cream Donuts the first time, I was in and out fast. The second time I was behind 3 teenage girls who had no idea what they wanted which is okay but after 3-4 minutes I couldn't wait anymore and had to leave. Not really D&D's fault but only 2 people were working the counter and drive-thru at the time. Overall 4 stars

The manager is absolutely awful. She is a rude old lady that is constantly yelling. I come in every morning to get my coffee because it is on the way to work but the service is horrible and my order is constantly made wrong. The other day I ordered a bacon egg and cheese but received just egg and cheese which was disappointing. The manager also yells at people for asking to use the restroom and refuses to give out the code unless you purchase something first. I come in daily yet one day I asked to use the bathroom before ordering and she refused. The morning crew stands around slowly moving while there are a bunch of orders waiting to be made. I wish there was another Dunkin on my way to work because this place is just terrible.

I usually come in the morning and the atmosphere is definitely an issue. The employees are super rude always rolling their eyes and the manager always seems to be yelling at them. I recently have changed to coming later on in the day hoping that the atmosphere would change and the employees during the night are super nice and respectful.
