This place used to be great now it's the worst dunks around. They have 8 people there with 2 customers and still run around swearing about people's orders. Also the manager Cindy is the rudest person in the place. Tried to order a dozen of donuts in the drive thru that's it no drinks no sandwiches just the donuts which I have done for the last 15 yrs. Now Cindy tells me I can't order them here. Have to come in. I said I have done this for 15 yrs and only getting that. She told me either to come in or don't get them. I asked where is the sign telling customers they couldn't order a dozen of donuts from the drive thru. She swore at me and and told me it's a franchise they don't need a sign and can do what they want. Came in got the food she wouldn't give her name had to get it from the girl in front. She swore at me again and wouldn't tell me the name or number of the owner. Wasn't wearing her name tag. You just lost a 15 yr customer. Who spends 20 or more a day. Also told my coworkers and my boss what happened. They will be going to another dunks for there catering orders now. That lady Cindy is the worst manager I have seen in 15 yrs. All the other ones have been great

The manager is very rude and disrespectful. Refused to let a handicapped old man use the restroom until he purchased something. I felt deeply troubled by this and made a purchased for him. I would never return to this establishment.

We just visited the Dunkin Donuts on Main Street in Norton. We ordered a half a dozen donuts and two breakfast sandwiches and while my husband was in the middle of ordering, an older women got on the speaker and said “they can’t order that much food”. So my husband said, “well we are”. Her reply, “well it’s a lot.” We decided to take our $30 plus worth of business elsewhere. She was incredibly rude and from the looks of other reviews she has been rude to others as well. We will be speaking to management and cooperate.

Everyone has their days. But RUDE is the only word that comes to mind when speaking with the older woman at this dunkin. Between the yelling and smack talking about customers to the slamming down food and drinks with an attitude are a bad way to start your day. If you're having a good day and are a lovely human, don't come here. On the other hand, if you're having a bad day and are a rude person, I'm sure they are hiring.

Staff couldn't possibly be any more rude. They messed up the guys coffee at the drive-thru and 2 staff members took it upon themselves to take it out the "walk-in" guests. I wish I could leave a review for 0 stars. The district / region manager needs to review this staff.

I went in having to use the bathroom really bad. The staff laughed at me and told me that me having to use the restroom "wasn't there problem ".They then made me give them money before I used the toilet. I did not buy anything but I still had to give them money. It was at 1226 on Monday Nov. 25th. I hope someone in charge reads this
ordered a plain bagel w cream cheese on the side. they forgot the cream cheese. i turned around and went back and asked for it. they asked to check the bag because god forbid i get an extra cream cheese. they gave it to me and i asked if i could get a coupon because i had to come back for it. she said no u got the cream cheese. i said yeah i was supposed to get that in the first place. so i asked her to ask a manager and she said no. don’t go to this location they always suck

I was there when some guy started yelling at the lady about his food. When they say pull up to trash barrel don't park in spot thinking they are going to look for you. Your fault not hers. Maybe open your ears and listen The workers work hard and getting disrespectful people everyday there is no need. They are all nice there.

Stop for drink. When I went in ,I asked if they had a bathroom I could use. The manager said " it's for customer ONLY," which is fine ,I was planning on buying a drink. The manager said" YOU HAVE TO BUY SOMETHING BEFORE U CAN USE THE BATHROOM !!!" SO I had to pay for my drink before she would unlock the bathroom !! That was a real turn off.
