Ordered nachos with EXTRA CHEESE there was no extra cheese and under the top layer it was plain nachos chips, if I wanted plain chips I could of bought a bag and on top of this we were charged an extra $2.50 for extra cheese that we didnt get.
Then the 16 piece wings we ordered, specifically asked for them to be WELL DONE EXTRA CRISPY, they come out not crispy, not well done, waitress took them back and they came back the same way, waitress said they were put under the heater or something and they should be fine, we'll they werent. Extra crispy, we'll done should be deep fried to cook thoroughly through and crispy.
And it was FREEZING in the restaurant, the waitress said the HVAC guys were there, and they were, trying to fix the problem. I understand things happen but this experience from the get go was horrible.

Great food every time we go there tenders are always hot n fresh gold fever is great! Pub pizza are amazing always crispy ranch n blue cheese made in house so good also if you like chowder try goat city very hearty and creamy. Also manager came over and talked to us. Very good time
