At the drive-thru of this place, I ordered an M&M with hot fudge, and they mixed it, which had never happened in my previous orders. The employee noticed my dissatisfaction, came over to ask, and just kept justifying herself. In the end, instead of simply fixing the issue and replacing the order, she kept debating… I ended up accepting the ice cream (which, by the way, tastes different because of the mix) so as not to hold up the people in line.

Got there with nobody in front of behind me or behind me which made me think I'd get the correct order. I was wrong.

I don't eat fast food a lot but I wanted a burger with no bun. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese no bun just mayo lettuce and onions.
Got home and there's no cheese on the burgers. The print out was correct though. I have to ask, do the employees know how to read??

I'm so glad I don't eat fast food that often.

Horrible location. Staff ignores certain people and are unapologetic about it as well.

Many people complain about this location. The disrespect toward the customer is unbelievable.

Plenty. PLENTY of other places to eat.

Food is average for McDonalds and evening staff is friendly. The reason for 1 star is the morning manger (I think manager) is AWEFUL! She will make it sound like you personally ruined her entire life by placing a single order, gets mad at you then instead of please drive up you get "were waiting on you". Not just me there are multiple complaints. I cannot think of one logical reason this person still has a job or why she would want to be in food service in the first place if she hates people that much. Makes me feel unsafe eating food from that place

Wendell went above and beyond at 5:30 am so I could get my breakfast for my family even with machine issues he made it happen.

I ordered a big breakfast: pancakes, eggs, with bacon instead of sausage. The girl on the intercom relayed my order back to me, and I confirmed. When I received my order, it was completely different from what I ordered. The staff smiled a lot though, I'll give em that.

On Google Maps, the drive thru is from 5:30-11:00pm, I ordered on the app at 10:45pm, arrived at 11:47pm, the drive thru speak lady told me, they are closed!! Oh my god, everyone remember they always close early because they have to go home.. terrible place!
