Literally the most kindest, sweetest workers ive ever dealt with at a mcdonalds. Also, there was one person ahead of me and i was only in line for maybe 2 minutes total. Great!!

I visited the McDonald's at 175 Mansfield Ave, Norton, MA 02766 on [insert date] to pick up a mobile order at the counter. Despite the posted dining room hours stating they are open until 11:00 PM, I found the doors locked at approximately 10:30 PM.
There were three employees near the entrance who informed me that I needed to go through the drive-thru instead. The drive-thru already had a long line, which defeated the purpose of ordering ahead for pickup.
If the dining room is not going to remain open until the time posted, the signage should be updated accordingly. Locking the doors early is misleading and reflects poorly on the location’s service standards.
I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience at this location.

I typically don’t write bad reviews but this one was definitely needed I came here yesterday for a quick dinner stuff since it was late and damn I wish I never did I got a burger, fries and order of nuggets and I got that worse food poisoning of my life. It definitely ruined my time in MA I will never be going back

If you ask for dipping sauce with your food you probably won’t get it. This is the 3rd time in the last month that I’ve gotten home to no sauce. They constantly disregard the part where you say what condiments you do and don’t want or have an allergy to. They are great at ignoring people who come into the place to get food. This is the 2nd time I was there for over 7 minutes without so much as a hello, or I need a minute. They disregard allergies. Plus side the food is always hot and fresh. Between the 4 meals I got and the +$40 spent each time, I’ve throw out 2 meals that couldn’t be fixed at home. Pickles and mustard leave behind a taste that can’t be wiped off. So yes they had to go to the trash. No I can’t force my disabled child to ignore these condiments. Most times don’t have the option to bring the food back to be replaced. I like this location in the am! No complaints about the am crew. Your drive through headsets cause feedback at the drive up speaker.
