Online order stickers said which sub was supposed to be which but we received essentially two of the same sub. Receipt attached was labeled as ours. Seems like this location is great at in person orders though so maybe we just had bad luck mobile ordering.

As a former restaurant manager I understand the irritation however when emerged into a restaurant good service means a nice tone of voice/smile. This was not the case at this location, you would think that with them being in a children’s hospital they would be super friendly and willing to serve me but with this location that is not the case. I said hello and was waiting for the lady to put gloves on, she was doing so however her and her co worker had the ugliest expression on their faces and used the most monotone tone of voice when saying “what do you want”. As I was walking away they laughed at the so loud the people outside of the subway were staring.Will never be returning to this location and I would have the employees looked at closer, especially the ones working the afternoon of 9/28 at approximately 12:00.
