If you’re looking for good wings that take an entire hour to come out, You should come here. I cannot say anything bad about the wings, but I can say plenty about the service. There was nobody in here and my group waited 55 minutes from the time we were seated to get our wings (we timed it)

Kind of place John Taffer would rip apart. Never fails, the worst service on the planet and all set with the diet wings (good flavor tho) at that price.
Really don't know how other fantastic establishments closed during cockvid but they survived? I look at the beat up floor and wonder if Dr. Nasmith played there. If you like to be treated like you don't exist even when money's sitting on the table or coming out your ears, this is the place. They probably dont have waitresses because in reality, who's gonna tip those wait times, or experience? Go across the street to Goat City, they greet you at the door to start.

First time I went to Wendell’s was 1987… I can say the wings have been consistently great and the exact same since then. Absolutely the best wings I’ve ever had. I love the “suicidals” which are hot but also amazingly flavorful. Not just hot for the sake of being hot. Can’t wait to make a trip to Norton again just for the wings and a couple of cold beers.

I grew up in Mansfield, and this was a staple growing up. Wendells wings. I haven't been back in almost 12 years, and let me tell you they were as good as I remember, AND they still use the signature wooden bowls. Friends make the trip to Wendells, totally worth it.

Nostalgia on point. 3.5 wing sauce is just right for me. Little zing, lot of taste, painless on exit. Onion rings, legit. PBR on tap to boot. Great place to step back in time. Put away the phones, enjoy some wings and human conversation. No frills. Only modern amenity is the juke box. Cash only. Dont be a sissy get to Wendell's!
