The food is good but they need to clean their soda machine. You can smell and taste mildew or mold in their sodas. I got a medium Pepsi took two sips and threw it out. It might actually be the portion of the machine that makes the ice. It's absolutely terrible

Ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickles, sandwich had pickles, which is not the problem. The problem is the employee telling me I didn’t ask for no pickles when I did ????why would I ask for pickles and then drive back to complain that there was pickles in my sandwich

Ordered a 12 piece meal April 7 at the drive up. The 2 wings were coated with batter with petit wings inside with barely any chicken meat. Certainly KFC can source decent sized chicken. It was more of a 10 piece meal.
I ordered a 3pc white box, got a 3pc dark ? the biscuit was rock hard and they gave me the wrong drink. 15 bucks wasted. That's it for me, chic fil et from now on.

9/19/2023My fiance was leaving work and I placed the order from home so he could pick up on his way home. I added him as the contact person, etc. The order was for pick up at 6:20 and he got there then. Waited until after 7pm, even after multiple attempts at trying to he acknowledged. Finally they told him there was no order.He called me and asked me to screenshot the confirmation email and order number, I did so.They become hostile towards him, raising their voices and basically trying to accuse us of using an old screenshot to get free food. They were mean. All info was in the email.Finally I said enough and he left.I called customer service and a really nice girl helped me. I gave her my order number, she pulled it right up and issued me a refund after I made my complaints.What a mess.
Disrespectful workers who refuse to give a water cup and call us thief’s while telling us to never come back. No wonder they barely have any customers and act like they have a life besides being rude. Also sarcastic and give attitude acting like they don’t want to be there. Never going there again.
