Consistently good service. I’m a regular customer who just gets a coffee most times. If I forget to order it correctly they will ask me if I am sure I don’t want it my usual way. Just super friendly staff starting with the two managers (I think that’s what they are called). McDonald’s is a formula business, but these guys add a human touch that you don’t see in other fast food outlets (Chik Fil A friendliness seems forced and fake to me)

I’ve stopped going to McDonalds since their price gouging. Went this morning, got a steak bagel and only discovered they put in a sausage patty instead of the fake steak. McDonald’s, I’m done. The only good worker there is the kid with the deep voice.

I ordered two meals at the drive thru, received two drinks, and a bag of food, drove home and only one meal in the bag. Called the store and they told me they won’t refund me. I would have to drive back for the other missing meal.

I ordered 3 Egg McMuffins and 1 Sausage Biscuit. The biscuit because I don't want cheese. The egg McMuffins because no one else wants sausage. Despite my order being read back to me as the bag was handed to me, I get home to find 2 Sausage McMuffins and 2 Sausage Burritos. All have cheese and sausage, so not edible for any of us. Quite lame.

Friday 7pm is BUSY drive-through time. This location is newly renovated but not well maintained. Have been to cleaner McDonalds with freshener buns. It is depressing to see stale bun in my kid’s cheese burger happy meal.
Location will not refill drinks. If you want a refill they force you to buy another drink. They made me feel like i was a jerk for asking for a refill , rude and unprofessional.

They have always got my food to me quickly here, nice and hot, and without any mess-ups or mistakes. 👍 And for me personally, what I value even more than their promptness and attention to detail is that they are a very friendly crew at this McDonald's location in Norwell. 😃
