We absolutely LOVE the Subway in Norwell, MA! The staff is always so friendly and attentive, the food is consistently fresh, and the store is spotless every time we visit. My kids and I genuinely enjoy coming here—it’s always a great experience. Highly recommend this location!

Great late night option (open until 10 pm). I load up on veggies. The olives had a strange taste - as if they had been around a.while. Also, the worker forgot to update the app to say sandwiches were done so they sat and I was waiting, but it was still done before the app anticipated timeframe - so thank you.ill be back!!!

Horrible. Even a one doesn’t do it justice. Was getting all veggie sandwiches. I can’t even tell you how cheap. Probably got 20 cents worth of veggies absurd. She is putting it as though we are going through food crisis. First I ask her for guacamole gets it can’t refill it even. I ask her can you put more and she says extra charge and then goes to refill it. I get charged 6 dollars for putting on guacamole. Absurd. All the other sandwiches lettuce, cucumbers and spinach nothing more but a ridiculous small portion for each. I will never be going to this location again.

everytime that we order from this store something is ALWAYS wrong. just rcvd an order that was wrong by the website as well as the store. when i called the mgr to help he refused to refund my cc as i didnt have time to go back. this is by far the worst cust service store i have ever delt with! fix ur website fix ur cust service!

We have been going to this subway for years. The past 2-3 visits have been extremely disappointing and we will no longer be subway customers. We spent $40 on 3 subs and each one is abysmal. Cannot find the tuna fish on the tuna sub. Basically served 3 soggy sub rolls for $10 a piece. Ridiculous. Would not recommend

I was extremely impressed with the service! My meal was made perfectly and the only thing that I wish was different is I knew the name of the person who made it for me! I did an online pick up and I’m used to having my changes ignored but EVERY thing I wanted was done perfectly!
