Horrible experience. Took forever for 3 supreme tacos. Didn't notice until down the street that it was the wrong order. Went back. Got the correct order and then 1 taco had a hair on it. I just threw everything away. Bunch of young staff. Standing there. Doing nothing.

They take 1 hour to do the orde worse place ever , and talk shit with customer , the manager never show up to talk to the customer
I drove by yesterday, thought 'why not?' and walked in to get something to eat.
The menu's over the counter had disappeared, the order area was small, narrow, with several people waiting to order from the two touch screen station it was claustrophobic.
The two customers at the touch screens obviously had not made up their mind yet, they were browsing.
Corporate boardrooms forcing their efficiency games on us, the customer. There's fast-food competition down the street that is welcoming, treats their customers better.
I may come back when the menu is back over the counter and I can order from an employee.

Another bites the dust with a useless kiosk vs actual customer service at the register

Forgot to put a Quesadilla on my online order. There was no one else in the drive thru at all, I asked to add it but they said no.
The man at the speaker screamed at me to pull forward for my online order only.
When I got to the window I asked if I could please add it on, since there was no one behind me and they were 100% empty. He said “no if you want to add it, drive back around” and slammed the window in my face. I had to drive back around an empty restaurant and pull up to the speaker and order it. I was so embarrassed and so upset. I work in retail, I get customer service entirely and customers can be difficult, but they were just so mean to me I couldn’t understand it.
I wouldn’t have even asked to add anything on if there were more customers or if they were busy. Like come on.

Terrible Service – Avoid This Place!
The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. Service is very slow, and they refuse to answer any questions. They couldn’t even provide an estimated wait time or clarify if someone else had picked up the order. After waiting 20 minutes, I was still left in the dark with no communication. Completely unprofessional and disappointing experience.

I don't go here often--it's probably been a year (see below), but I thought I'd try again. I would usually rate the food higher, but the accuracy is not great. The last time, I went through the drive-through, and as a vegan, asked for crispy tacos, subbed beans for beef, no cheese, add tomato (which surprisingly adds 60 cents per taco for a few pieces of diced tomato--not Norwell's fault--but I'd think I'd be saving them more money with "no cheese"). I got home and found the tacos had cheese in them (even though the screen, and the receipt, specified no cheese). So, unfortunately wasted food and trip.
Did the order panel today for some crispy tacos, same fillings as above; edible this time, because there was no cheese, but received soft tacos--despite the screen and receipt indicating crispy tacos.
Maybe they are overwhelmed or understaffed, but 2 for 2 on inaccuracy is not great.

My girlfriend tried to order a black bean grilled cheese burrito, and they ended up giving her just a bean burrito. I didn’t even bother filing a complaint in the app because they never reply to them.
