Ordered the black bean chalupa and they ended up giving supreme. I drove home which was about 10 mins drive. Found out that they gave me wrong food, still have attitude and no apology.

Check your bag before driving away. Missing sauces, no fork for bowl, chip bag less than half full.

It’s Taco Bellz What more can I say??
Its Charlie Brown's teacher at the drive thru, can't hear her. Ordered coffe but after handing the bill she only tells me there is none. Luckily i didn't get charged. The foods was 25% missing, lightly stuffed tacos. Not worth coming here.

Slow and disorganized.
If I could give zero stars I would. Ridiculous wait for 2 tacos.

Horrible experience. Took forever for 3 supreme tacos. Didn't notice until down the street that it was the wrong order. Went back. Got the correct order and then 1 taco had a hair on it. I just threw everything away. Bunch of young staff. Standing there. Doing nothing.

They take 1 hour to do the orde worse place ever , and talk shit with customer , the manager never show up to talk to the customer
I drove by yesterday, thought 'why not?' and walked in to get something to eat.
The menu's over the counter had disappeared, the order area was small, narrow, with several people waiting to order from the two touch screen station it was claustrophobic.
The two customers at the touch screens obviously had not made up their mind yet, they were browsing.
Corporate boardrooms forcing their efficiency games on us, the customer. There's fast-food competition down the street that is welcoming, treats their customers better.
I may come back when the menu is back over the counter and I can order from an employee.

Another bites the dust with a useless kiosk vs actual customer service at the register
