WOW! I've eaten many chicken sandwiches over the course of my life and have never had one as good as I had from Thyme Traveling food truck! Unbelievably delicious!!
If you're used to eating fast food chicken sandwiches, you MUST try one of these! You will be shocked at the difference!
Truly a 5 Star Chef! Thanks!
I got the Popcorn Chicken with Cajun Fries, it was amazing. The workers are very kind and it’s 100% worth every penny.
Great fresh food the popcorn chicken is addictive delicious!
As another food truck owner, I’m really picky about what other trucks I eat at! Thyme Traveling is a consistently great truck with even better people running it. The honey buffalo chicken is a personal favorite, but they’ve got something for everyone.
All I can say is wow. I got the chicken mac sandwich and it was phenomenal. I just got back from New York City and none of the food there that I got at the same level (even sit down chicken diners) couldn't compare to this food truck. If you come across this food truck it is worth the stop. Prices are fair and the food is top-notch. Not to mention the friendly staff and cook.
The fantastic food! Can’t go wrong with anything you order.
The best chicken sandwich in the world (Korean specifically). Also arancini, and everything else, are to die for. Great people making great food!
excellent food, definitely worth finding. yet to find any menu items we did not enjoy. totally yummo!
Was at the Country Ski Show and on my way out I stopped at the food truck. 1st customer. Ordered the 'Happy Thanks-chicken' .. it is.. OUT OF THIS WORLD! .. and I have sandwiches dreaming to be this good often! Instant fan? Wishing you continued success ... And another sandwich ????✌??
This truck never misses - the arancini, the birria, fried chicken sandwich are all phenomenal. I'm worried when winter comes because I know I won't see them for a few months!

This food truck is one of the best you can find in the state. They incorporate lots of different cuisines and fuse it with comfort food staples in exciting ways, usually made with ingredients that they grew in their own garden. They have a few regular spots where you can find them, but you should definitely check their schedule on their website to be sure you’re heading to the right spot. I do recommend ordering in advance, otherwise you may be waiting 15-20 minutes since it’s all cooked fresh. The menu is frequently changing with several staples sticking around. A majority of the food would fall in the comfort food category, so you can expect a lot of fried foods, but that’s not all they have. One of my favorite items they have is the butternut squash soup, which is typically served in the fall and something I dream about all year. It all depends what’s in season. They have a weekly rotating selection of arancini, deep fried risotto balls with various fillings and garnishes. They also make their own incredible dipping sauces that go great with just about anything. My favorite seasonal items: butternut squash soup, fried green tomatoes, general tso brussel sprouts, zucchini fries, Nashville nuggets. My favorite regular/rotating items: Mexican street corn arancini/tater tots, Korean chicken sandwich, pork birria tacos, the Italian deli, chick mac, bang bang chicken/cauliflower.The folks who run the truck, Amber and Mike are incredibly friendly and always working so hard to provide excellent food. I’ve seen them stick around on rainy, gloomy days to make sure they fulfill their orders. They’re both very experienced in the industry and it definitely shows. It can get very busy at the truck and they always are so cool and collected. You don’t want to miss this truck if you can make it out because it’s easily some of the most consistent, creative, and delicious food served up with some love.
Love the food at this truck! The arancini is my favorite, but the sandwiches and sides are so good too. There's so many flavors, can't wait to try them all!
If you are looking for a delicious fried chicken sandwich on the South Shore, look no further than Thyme Traveling Food Truck. All of their sandwiches have a perfect crunchy outside with a juicy tender inside, with exceptionally flavorful toppings on a soft sesame bun.
This food truck is the most amazing food I have ever eaten. I prefer this to most restaurants. With Mike and Amber’s background in food and gardening you are always getting the best ingredients with the best knowledge of presentation.
I love Thyme Traveling Food Truck! First off, it’s run by the sweetest couple ever. Second, the food is made by an amazing Chef with many years of experience cooking the most delicious food! Third there is nothing on their menu that literally doesn’t make my mouth water thinking about it. You can order ahead on their website which I love, and the customer service is a 10! You will not be disappointed. Their food is to die for!
