Delicious build-your-own burger and sandwich joint in Oak Bluffs, and likely one of the cheaper places to eat on the Island. Their burgers are massive, and I love how you get to choose your topping Subway-style. Their menu has a variety of burger and sandwich options, and while I haven’t tried it myself, it seems like their lobster roll is a great value. A bit on the small side, and it will probably be quite busy, but that just confirms how good of a spot it is!

The burger is excellent. One of the best I've had. But the women behind the toppings counter tonight never changed her gloves in the 15 minutes I waited for my order. She touched food, wiped the counters with a dirty dish towel, touched the trash can, touched food again, dipped her fingers in one sauce to fish out a stray tomato piece, then wiped hands on the dish towel, touched food again, etc. It was revolting. The gentleman who had my order very nicely changed gloves when I asked him before handling my food. But except for the dirty glove issue the food was excellent and fresh.

This was one of the worst experiences as a customer ever!!! Anywhere!!!!. Trying to support my people….However, they never called my number for pickup only to learn my fish sub had been sitting in an open container for at least 10 additional minutes. After seeing that the staff had no power to make a relatively common sense, customer related decision, inserts the Owner, Ronnie. He was one of the nastiest and rudest people I’ve come to encounter. Extremelyyyyy rude. Told me I either take the fish or leave with nothing, not even a refund. His customer ya’ll!!!! Well I’m here to tell you the cod fish was soooo overcooked and bland. Absolutely no taste at all. They just dipped it in the grease. NO SEASON!!! Step your game up Ronnie if you’re going to be charging those kinds of prices and having folks in line that long. And get your crew some elite customer service training with yourself being the #1 enrollee. I would post a pic but I trashed it Bamma!!!

I'm a Provincetown native an fortunately my wife and I found this restaurant in Oak Bluffs. It was our first ever visit to the island and we feel lucky to have walked into Fat Ronnie's for our delicious meal while on the island. Fine. Not more. Ordered online, went in and made sure they knew I was there (asked to cut my burger in half) and twenty mins later saw people who entered behind me leave with their order. They found our food under a lamp, finally. I asked for new fries and onion rings when he said “I just put it there five minutes ago” bc cold fries= gross… and so that took 10 minutes (why not just give me someone else’s fries and make a new batch for a burger still grilling?) and our burgers sat thru that… by the time we walked home… mediocre burgers but the onion rings we are on the walk were ?
Wheelchair accessibility: Not good for people using wheelchairs. Tooooooo crowded. Lots of steps, ramp filled with pedestrians.
