Went here relatively last minute to watch the super bowl. Volume wasn't great at first "don't want you to have to listen to the commercials" (um, some people want to see the commercials people spent crazy money on for the Super Bowl). Got a bit better at game time but still wasn't great.Service was great, the food was great.

Our first time here, and it was great. Leslie was a fantastic server, the food was delicious and affordable. We will definitely return!

Went here with the crew while we waited for the ferry back to mainland. The waitress was cool., The food was awesome, the place was clean and neat. Nice ambiance.

Best Place to go to! They follow the CDC Regulations and Guidelines and serve the best Shrimp Scampi ever! I always enjoy sitting at the bar and watch the Bartenders make drinks!

One of my favorite restaurants on the island. Open year round and certainly a local clientele gives me the feeling every time that I'm at the right place. The food is outstanding. Never had a bad experience there and the service is great.

It is somewhat difficult to find good beef in many restaurants today, but the Ocean View served superior selections, prepared as requested. The sirloin steak tips were very satisfying, and the prime rib was just about ideal. Oh, yes - the 'popovers' served with the prime rib were absolutely superb! Granted that one cannot see the ocean from the dining room, regardless of the establishment's name, but it didn't matter. Ambiance was pleasant without being ostentatious. Service was really good, too, and the prices were competitive with other Vineyard restaurants although a tiny bit higher than I might have preferred. What could have been improved? The "VO Manhattan" I ordered was not pleasing at all...but that did not spoil a lovely evening.

We use to eat there all the time when we visited. Prime Rib was not roasted and was preheated in the microwave. Being in the restaurant business, we tried the one Sysco sells once. Very tough ! Not worth the $38.95 they charged. I will add the potatoes were very good.

Cute little restaurant, but it is not the best food. Good enough to cure your appetite but not to satisfy it.

There is no view at all, but there is excellent food. This is fine dining with no foodie pretensions, just good ingredients well prepared. I was happy with my prime rib, my wife was happy with her filet mignon. The onion soup flavor was just right; though it could have been a little more intense, it had lots of great cheese. Generous pour of scotch on the rocks. Courteous service. Not much on atmosphere, so it may not be your special occasion place. Prices appropriate.

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. We waited over an hour for our horrible food. My daughter’s cheeseburger was burned to a crisp, she hesitated even saying something because at that point she was starving. We send it back in exchange for some pasta, how you mess up pasta is beyond me but they did. My husband had the trots from his fish tacos. The waitress was terrible barely checked on us, I had to yell for her across the dining room to ask when/if our food was coming.Terrible experience, don’t recommend.
