Would give it 5 stars if I could (it has non vegan options). It is the perfect spot for both vegans and omnis- so many delicious options that my group went two nights in a row. We had almost every vegan item on the menu: sesame noodles, “crab” cakes, edamame dumplings, Brussels sprouts, asparagus, potatoes, vegan pot pie, red beans and rice bowl and dessert!
Adorable place, great hospitality and spot on food!

The entire meal and dining experience was PERFECT - especially for someone who is pregnant and recently diagnosed with weird allergies! I had the most refreshing mocktail and a glass of NA Prosecco. The menu is full of gluten free, vegan, and alpha gal friendly options that made me almost forget that I had to avoid certain ingredients. The salmon Wellington was absolutely delicious and it’s still magic to me how Chef Debbie makes a vegan pastry crust like that! I was even able to finish my meal with a decaf/vegan affogato. This was one of my fav places when I didn’t have to be so careful with what I eat, and even more so now!

Best (Korean short rib) tacos my son has ever had in his life. He was talking about them all night. My chicken souvlaki bowl was delicious. Discovered this restaurant from the Find Me Gluten Free app. Appreciated that everything was clearly labeled. Cost more than we normally pay off the island for dinner but worth the price as a treat for us. We were able to walk in because we went mid-week right when they opened, but it was shortly full. I’d recommend making a reservation.

This is one of the best places I've ever eaten! The food was excellent, the atmosphere was great, and the service was also very good. The only reason I gave it four stars is that my drinks should have arrived before my meal, and the drink service was a bit slow. Other than that, it's a fantastic place with amazing food, and I had one of the best lemon drop martinis I've ever tasted!

We held a wedding rehearsal dinner here and couldn't have been happier. Alex and Chef Debbie were very helpful during the long distance planning stage. When we arrived the restaurant looked beautiful and the service by Alex, Tabitha, & Brenno was outstanding. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious. It was a perfect evening. Highly recommend!

Growing up summering on the vineyard every year, you find yourself returning to the classic restaurants. However, this restaurant was a surprise find! The food was fresh and amazing! Making a reservation, if you can, is a must! We will be back for sure!

Restaurantji Recommends
My husband and I came here for dinner at the recommendation of our hosts from Jade House B&B and I'm so glad that they recommended this restaurant. We wanted to find a place for a nice dinner (quietly celebrating our wedding anniversary) but nothing overly fancy and this was legitimately perfect. The restaurant is cosy so definitely make a reservation to ensure a table! What was nice is that, despite the restaurant not being huge, it didn't feel cluttered or crowded, nor was it overly loud or noisy. You could sit and have a conversation with dinner without feeling rushed, or like you were shouting.
AND THE FOOD!!! We honestly wanted to order everything on the menu (but couldn't). The beverage options were varied and delicious, and I really appreciated that there were multiple non-alcoholic options for cocktails. We ended up ordering the Salmon Wellington (incredible) and the Chicken Pot-Pie (truly the best pot pie I have *ever* eaten), and then finishing with the Lemon Tart and Strawberry Shortcake. I honestly could have just eaten the Shortcake and been happy (not really, but kind of!). Everything was delicious and perfectly portioned and I hope that the next time we visit, we can try more of the menu!

This was my best meal on the Vineyard, hands down. Both the cocktail and dinner menus are innovative and affordable, whilst showcasing an elevated flair that is approachable and worth your time. I’m tenured in the restaurant industry myself and can say wholeheartedly- this spot is doing it right. Bartender Ethan and the Owner Alex offer excellent service and product. I recommend the coconut curry soup and vegan crabcakes, as well as whatever specials they feature. The space itself is clean and curated, mimicking spots in some of the most culinary-forward cities. Can’t wait to come back!

One of the best dinners I have had on MV and great vegan options. The food is both creative and wholesome. The cocktail menu is fantastic and the prices match the quality. Space is a little cramped, especially if there's live music. I love this place.

I am a regular at the Pawnee House, that feeling you get when you walk in to your favorite local restaurant, and just like cheers they make you feel like you belong, the drinks -
Im obsessed with - “it’s not easy being green”
But you cant go wrong with any cocktail
For the food, my go to apps are, “ mermaid farm feta, shishitos, edamame dumplings and the gruyere and asparagus tart”
The atmosphere, the food, all the drinks,
It makes The Pawnee house makes it a perfect spot for gatherings, dates, drinks and just a lovely dinner overall,
I can’t stop talking about it and i will forever be a The Pawnee House #1 fan
