Food was excellent, although a bit slow to arrive at the table. As long as you're patient, it is well worth it. Unfortunately cannot remember what we ordered and ate.
We stopped in after 8:00 PM just for a late night snack. We wished we were more hungry so we could have tried some of the entrees. They sounded amazing. We had the bread with smoked Bluefish dip. We love fish dip and it was some of the best we have ever had. We also had their soup which is one of the few things that is always on their menu. We added crab to it. Absolutely delicious. If we ever make it back to MV we will come here for dinner.
OK food but insanely overpriced in the equivalent of a dive bar.

Be aware that the menu is always changing so what you see here isn’t what you will get in restaurant. We started with the heirloom tomato, which was $19 for three slices, and chowder. Both were fine, but nothing to get excited about. We then shared the fried chicken as our entree. The fried chicken was a bit overcooked, the batter had a slight burnt taste, and some parts of the chicken were very dry. However, the accompanying sweet potato was very overcooked, hard as a rock and completely inedible. We mentioned this to the waitress that cleared our table and all we received was a blank stare. We didn’t expect to be comped or have the kitchen remake, but we do expect acknowledgement and an apology. Nothing special about the atmosphere. The service gets two stars because our main waiter, Lewis, did a good job, but gets knocked down by the waitress’ lack of recognition. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations based upon the star rating on resy, reviews in google and yelp.

Disappointing food after all the reviews I read. Menu full of weird inside jokes. Server could not even tell us what “crack bread” was (it’s garlic bread with way too much garlic powder). Merch store at hostess stand was tacky. Bummer.

Just paid $42 for breaded chicken, problem was no chicken with the breading, total rip off - stay away, unbelievably awful

Salmon belly was rather disappointing—two large bites of salmon accompanied by two thin slices of seasoned watermelon. Flavorful but not quite worth $25 Crème brûlée with blueberries was lovely.

Went here based on a recommendation. We went despite the mixed reviews we read. What a mistake. Expensive so we just ordered 2 apps and a glass of wine each. First app was “chilled shrimp and colossal crab” which consisted of 3 shrimp that were not large and 4 small pieces and 1 larger piece of crab. Nothing colossal about it. The other app was “lobster pan roast”, very odd description since it was basically s broth soup with very little lobster pieces in it. Very disappointed. Would not recommend at all. Two star because waitress was nice
Excellent excellent excellent food. Nice staff.

While in Martha’s Vineyard I ate here, this was my first time having mussels out of the shell in a tomato broth vs the usual garlic/butter wine combo. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect.

Outstanding Vibes - A+ staff and hands down the most beautiful food and beverage on Circuit ave. Must have Brussels, and don’t sleep on the fried chicken. This brûléed Gold Bud Peach was sublime iykyk.
