Crazy fun!!

This bar is an icon in Oak Bluffs, Martha’s Vinyard. We went for a glass of wine and to just hang out. I loved the vibe and the staff. The bar tender/ manager is just a very nice woman who never stops smiling and does a great job managing the bar and surrounding tables. We had already had dinner so just the wine on this night but it is place I’d want to keep going back to for sure.

While visiting Martha's Vineyard and strolling through town.....I heard some good music coming from this cafe and found myself making new friends once again. Hunty the raspberry margarita was IT. Fun little dive bar!

The Ritz is such a fun and lively spot! It has that classic, no-frills island vibe where you can just relax, listen to great live music, and have a good time. The bartenders are friendly and quick, and the drinks are strong and reasonably priced. It feels like one of those places where everyone is welcome, locals and visitors alike. If you’re looking for a casual, good-energy night out on Martha’s Vineyard, The Ritz is definitely the place to be. Always a great time!

DJ Ricky Prime is the single worst DJ I’ve ever experienced. No idea how to change a song, played multiple songs twice, and was rude and touchy. Bar and drinks were fine though.

Fun, local spot to stop at for a cold beverage! The bartender was super nice and very helpful (forgot his name, but he used to live in Scotland if I'm not mistaken).

Highly suggest ordering the LOUD nachos from Loud Kitchen at the Ritz to go along with your beverage of choice! The Doritos as the chip base is a GAMECHANGER!!

Day drinking, food was incredible, outsourced to a chef who definitely knows scratch cooking. and the bartender was fun. Unlike Falmouth, MV actually likes visitors.

Being from New Orleans, I love a good dive bar!!! But, on Martha's Vineyard, this definition is a bit different from my NOLA days!!!
We sailed into Oak Bluffs, and went directly to The Ritz! FUN!!!
G&T's until it was time to go!!! My Birthday, too!!!

LOUUSY MGMT. We were just there at 9:55 and despite the entertainment ending at 10 (in 5 munutrs) the doorman still was telling us to pay a cover charge. Took our business elsewhere.

TLDR: A gratuity that I didn’t leave was added to my check after eating here.

My friend and I visited The Ritz Cafe on 6/22 and 6/23. The first day we visited, service was fine and the drinks were fine. We had no complaints. We visited the next day for brunch and the service was horrendous. It was notably busy so our food and drinks took a bit longer, which we weren’t concerned with as we were having a good time. However, the server for the tables next to us was very attentive and ours was the opposite. We maybe saw her twice, including the few times I looked back to see if we could get the check and she stared at us from across the room and made no attempts to come over. Two other people brought our checks as well as took our cards while she stood around. She never came back to our table. To add a cherry on top, when the charge actually posted there was an extra $12 added that I did not leave. Good thing I kept my receipt :). The same happened to my friend. We enjoyed the food from the loud kitchen but I don’t revisit places that steal from me so needless to say I will never return. My friend and I tried to call multiple times but no one answered and the voicemail is full. Figures.

Don’t pretend it’s $10 when it’s 8$. No need to screw over your customers. We used to be loyal.
