I have a dairy allergy and went here back in June. They accidentally put cheese on my sandwich. When I walked back to the store and notified them, they were incredibly apologetic and so sincere. They remade my sandwich, refunded me for the original sandwich, and sent me on my way with some free goodies. Yes, they messed up the order AND they made it right, took responsibility, and next time I’m on the vineyard I will 100% be coming back. Thank you tigerhawk!!

After a really disappointing experience at Coop De Ville earlier today, we stopped by TigerHawk in Oak Bluffs—and it completely turned our day around.
We had a fantastic experience here. My husband has a severe dairy allergy, and Rachel, our server, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She clearly understood the seriousness of food allergies and walked us through the safe menu options. Thanks to her care and attention, my husband was able to enjoy a delicious chicken sandwich without any concerns.
This is exactly the kind of service that makes all the difference. It reminded us why we love Martha’s Vineyard. I truly hope more restaurants follow this example—where customers feel valued, safe, and welcome.

Best fried chicken sandwich anywhere. Tiger style sweet chili with miso mayo was crazy good. And the portions are huge - get the combo with fries and you won’t be hungry for a few days. And in touristy OB? Anyone eating anywhere else is nuts. This place is legit.

A MUST. This was our sole reason for coming out to MV as a birthday destination treat. Chef’s kiss, magnificent. The chicken sandwich boosts your day and outlook on life. It’s a sizable chunker of a sammy, where you probably should share but you won’t want to. Tiger & Hawk style chicken sandwiches are #️⃣1️⃣

I had the tiger sandwich, which was essentially a burger with deep fried chicken. The sauce tasted interesting, but overall it was nothing special. Typical American cuisine which you can find everywhere. $17 without beverage.

Service and atmosphere are also excellent, the workers were very nice. I definitely recommend this place if you are in the area. I come here every year and they do not disappoint.
