Major shoutout to the Glen Cove staff for how they handled the power outages this weekend, and on one of the busiest weekends of the summer, no less. You would’ve never known anything was wrong. They stayed calm, kept things running smoothly, and somehow made it all look easy.

Absolutely disgusting piece of Cod in my fish and chips. Had what looked like a spine down the middle (that couldn’t be cut with my fork).(no bones though??) The tarter sauce was watery, most likely 2 weeks old. Tasted awful. I went to use the men’s room and the door lock was inoperable. The hand dryer didn’t work and they don’t supply paper towels. 2 drinks and 2 disgusting meals for $100. Not likely to go back anytime soon.
We had the most amazing dinner last night ! We were a party of 9 there to celebrate my birthday. Our food server (I cannot remember her name) was absolutely fantastic! She didn’t write anything down but managed our food and drink orders flawlessly! Every meal was delicious and I loved the scallop stir fry with the coconut cream yellow curry! Great band in the downstairs bar after dinner too! We are moving to Onset later this year and we look forward to making Glen Cove a weekly...
