High ranking for cleanliness, hospitality, and location. Two issues: noisy old window AC units make this a place to avoid in hot weather. Continental breakfast is marginal and not available until 8 am. For those needing early morning coffee, the diner down the street opens at 7 am and there's a Dunkin Donuts a short drive away. I would definitely return off-season when no AC is needed.
We decided to spend the night at this cozy hotel on February 16th. This hotel overlooks Onset Beach and the prices are very reasonable for the off-season. Upon arrival, we decided to have a few drinks at the bar and some appetizers for a late afternoon snack. The bartender was very friendly and recommended the wings, which were delicious.
