Young kids working and dont care about the customers. Playing music on there phones with upsetting lyrics. Coffee was burnt. I'm just really happy I was cutting through town and not to have this near where I live.

For the most part the coffee is amazing and the food is as well. They move very quickly and efficiently too.The reason for my 3 stars is of a certain employee that works in the drive thru that always has a mean mug looks/mean face when I am paying for my items. It kind of ruins the whole experience of going to Dunkin in my opinion and destroys the hard work of the other co workers that are there and doing an amazing job.

I love this Dunkin. They always make great drinks and have always been so nice. They make my food fresh and the donuts are never stale. Its convenient on my way out and can get gas and a treat before heading into Boston.

I have been there at 9:00 in the morning and they have no muffins and a lot of donuts they don't have very poor management if you're a manager you should have enough muffins and stuff to lease to noon time. Some of the crew is very rude act like they don't want to be there and they also screw up the orders all the time and I never want to make it up to the customer. I refuse to go there anymore and I said yes other people not to go there cuz they don't want your business and they really don't care about making you happy or satisfied I have been too many Dunkin' donuts and they are the worst. The managers in the store should be ashamed of myself and they should not be a manager in any store because they don't take their job seriously at all.

And I have to wonder if someone threw the bacon at it from across the room. Really people. People love your products but they can easily go to another store.

For some reason the food always tastes/ smells like dirty dish water. Haven't ordered in months due to this but I figure there was a few new workers there and maybe someone had stopped this issue but no. It's still terrible. People coughing on food and stuff. It's just gross.
