I come here all the time and while most of the time the workers are pretty nice there have been some times where they’re a lil rude but the main reason I put four stars is mostly because sometimes the food isn’t cooked properly but otherwise it’s usually good.

Honestly one of the greatest Dunkins I've ever been to in western MA. Some days they are very busy but the drive thru line always move pretty quickly and they have never messed up my order and I go often

Young kids working and dont care about the customers. Playing music on there phones with upsetting lyrics. Coffee was burnt. I'm just really happy I was cutting through town and not to have this near where I live.

For the most part the coffee is amazing and the food is as well. They move very quickly and efficiently too.The reason for my 3 stars is of a certain employee that works in the drive thru that always has a mean mug looks/mean face when I am paying for my items. It kind of ruins the whole experience of going to Dunkin in my opinion and destroys the hard work of the other co workers that are there and doing an amazing job.

Asked for an everything bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese, all they did was warm it up(made it soggy) and made me put on the cream cheese. Very lazy and half assed
