I went here on a Sunday, they had four to five workers. And they still screwed up my coffee! My bf went back today, and the coffee tasted bad. I almost forgot to mention the croissant bacon, egg, and cheese they made me, was Luke warm. I like my b-fast sandwich hot, doesn't everybody?! 🤷🏻♀️

The manager this morning at 11:15 am is the rudest person I have had the displeasure of dealing with. I ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese on the side. My bagel was burnt and it had a giant scoop of cream cheese on it just squished between the bagel (this is why I order it on the side). When I returned to the register I asked if my order was put in with the cream cheese on the side. The manager responded yes, but we don't have any. I then said someone should have said that when I ordered. She rolled her eyes at me and said "so you don't want it now?" I replied no thanks. She walked over to the young man that made the bagel, dropped the bag in his face and said "here ua go She don't want it". This woman was not only rude to me as the customer, but it appeared she wasn't very polite to the other employees. I will absolutely never return here and she should consider a job change to something that doesn't require customer service!
