Ordered their steak sub and got an expensive sandwich with unseasoned ground beef. Not sure if they changed owners, but for a 20 dollar sandwich that is absurd. Used to be our favorite pizza place. Will never eat here again.

We had a productive business meeting with Mark at Castle Rock Pizza Factory, owned by Paul. Mark ordered pizza and Doctor Pepper, raving about the food. We made sure to give Paul's team a shoutout for the great service and food. Mark even drove 120 minutes to meet with us!

It has gone Downhill. Meet lovers oh it tastes salt mozzarella sticks burnt.If you don't believe me come look then they can't hire nobody local or take calls and serve it out to take. There's half of them can't speak english.

I called in my order of two Large pizzas and they said 20 minutes when I got there 20 minutes later I waited another 20 minutes before I got my food. I watched one person grab chicken out of the freezer place in a deep fryer and continue making a pizza with no gloves cross contaminating. No one wore gloves or washed hands. The pizza had very little sauce probably a table spoon of sauce at that not good pizza and their home made Italian dressing was absolutely terrible.
Everyone is so nice here and we returned for a second meal and they remembered names everyone was so personablethese people treated us like old friends and every time I come back to this area I will definitely stop in for a steak bomb

What a great place. My friends and I were looking for a place to eat coming back from a Spartan race. One guy had eaten here and suggest it, as it was on the way back to the interstate. We were blown away. Great staff, the owner was extremely helpful, and the customers were all friendly, interactive, and cordial. I know you can't choose your customers, but everyone who came in was polite and nice. Not something you need but boy did it make it a better meal. Speaking of which, the Pizza was incredible. We all ordered different types and tried each one, all were delicious.
Very impressed and if I'm anywhere in the area, I'm making a bee line here!
