Chef Andrej and Chef Monika + team are incredible. I could not recommend them enough. They cooked for my small wedding and truly exceeded our expectations. Throughout the months leading up to the day they were very responsive with helping us with our rental order and crafting the perfect menu. The food was incredible. The fish was cooked perfect, the steak was immaculate, and the potato salad was the best i’ve ever had. All of the appetizers are perfectly portioned and delightful. The service is lifesaving - Andrej was so accomodating and easy to communicate with. He was able to change venues and help with picking out rental equipment when our plans changed. If you want an easy but delicious private dinner service, this is it.
Chef Andrej was an absolute pleasure to work with, and the meal he prepared was delicious. Our family hired Chef Andrej for a surprise birthday celebration for our son. He worked with us every step of the way to choose the perfect menu, and then prepared it onsite without a hitch. I recommend Chef Andrej and his staff without hesitation. We would hire him again in a heartbeat!
