I was limited in what I could order because of food allergies, but what I got was delicious (veggie tacos and fries)! Thank goodness they have a dedicated fryer for their french fries because they are delicious! I really appreciate the patience and thorough answers I received as I asked all the food allergy questions.Vegetarian options: There are two vegetarian meal options and three sides, a good number for the size of their menu.Dietary restrictions: I have a bunch of food allergies, the main problems while dining out being wheat and beef. They thoroughly answered all 947 questions I asked, and I was able to safely order the veggie tacos on corn tortillas and french fries, which is not a safe item for me most of the time. I would have loved to order the veggie burger on a gluten free bun but it's not fried in the dedicated fryer.

Amazing! Was in the mood for a lobster roll while coming back from P-Town in the middle of winter. Nothing is open. This place was an oasis with a great roll and an equally awesome shake. It's reasonably priced as well. No $30 nonsense here.

Finally got to try their burgers, which have been receiving some acclaim on the Cape. We were not disappointed. I had the pickles and spice burger; my wife had the ring burger. Both absolutely yummy - fresh ingredients and burgers juicy. A word of warning: get extra napkins, these burgers are finger-licking good! Fries were great too. We are definitely Knack fans now.Parking: Not a lot of spaces. Fine in the off season but could be a problem in season.

I am a lobster roll snob, so I had my doubts about a fast-casual joint lobster roll being any good, but I went two nights in a row… it was that good. It’s legit.

The Knack is a family favorite, and a must for anyone visiting Orleans or lost coming off of the rotary. Has comfort foods with quality, interesting, flavorful preparations, and the staff is friendly and accommodating, definitely worth the wait!
