their website said they open today at 2pm. Went there at 2:30. Store closed. In darkness. No icecream in cases as seen thru windows. No sign on door. No hrs posted.

The vegan mocha cookie flavor was absolutely amazing!! It was honestly the best vegan ice cream I’ve ever had. No way could you tell it was vegan. They had a lot of different options and it was clean and service was prompt and friendly!! My boyfriend and I ended up buying a pint to take home before we left. Definitely coming back again (:

Very good ice cream I evaluate ice cream by the chocolate chip flavor. This was particularly good nice and creamy not gritty very good

Fantastic! 3 of us had multiple flavors. The server was friendly and professional. The chocolate chip had a lot of chips in it, very tasty. The chocolate peanut butter cup had a great balance of chocolate and peanut bars. Ample parking and tables both inside and outside were clean. The hot fudge sundae was delicious, the fudge hot and whipped cream rich. So much competition in the area, this was worth the stop!

Many options beyond just the normal scoop in a cone. Service was quick and helpful. A few vegan options on the menu (besides the normal sorbet). Lots of toppings to choose from, they even had vegan whipped cream! Decent sized scoops and cute outside seating options. Prices were what you expect on the cape ?

My girls & I love it here, the employees are always so nice, ice cream is awesome, and the flavors are great! Quick little mini golf game while enjoying the ice cream. Ahhh the joys of living on Cape & less than 5 mins away! ?

Amazing desserts, they have hard ice cream, soft serve/frozen yogurt, and soft sorbets, and a whole topping bar. Toppings looks very fresh and were delicious, as was the raspberry sorbet I got.

Oh man, the wild berry vegan ice cream was just to die for, and the hot fudge I added was also way better than most ice cream shop hot fudge. The vegan ice cream is coconut-based, not soy, which I strongly prefer. And it didn't actually taste coconutty (which I don't mind, but some might), because the berry flavor was so prominent (and fresh and wonderful). Highly recommend.

The people working here were super nice and helpful, I can be pretty indecisive and the girl working helped me out. I got the ginger lemongrass flavor - it was INCREDIBLE!

Terrible...i think it was frozen yogert, but I asked for ice cream...runny, not creamy at all!!! My 4 year old even didn't like it...

So many ice cream options on the Cape! It is hard to pick a single favorite so we visit many each trip. Favorite thing about The Local Scoop? The flavors!! The ice cream is delicious and along with solid classics you can enjoy flavor sensations like Honey Lavendar & Lemongrass Ginger! Love The Hole in One for donuts? Try the Jelly Donut Ice Cream featuring Hole in one jelly donut pieces. There are non dairy options A variety of cone choices Cute area to eat even though you are on a very busy street. Just be reasonable when exiting on a busy day and go right. You can always loop back at the rotary if your destination is between Eastham & PTown

Great quality ice cream....but would like to see more varieties with chunks

Very light yet satisfying ice cream. I got the Strawberry and Salted Caramel Kiddie size and it came out to about $6. The ice cream wasn't as sweet or creamy as other places, but the taste was very true to flavor.

One nice thing about this place is that it was open later than other ice cream places in the area, but it was also delightful because of the number of choices in terms of flavors and toppings. A very good place to stop and get ice cream!
