It is always hard to find food we can eat when traveling, absolutely recommend stopping in!

It looks cool, but it's an average café. The breakfast sandwich was average, and the coffee choice was below average. No cappuccino... the location is on a fairly busy street. But, the biggest reason for a poor review was the amount of disposable waste when you eat in: Plastic cups, paper plates, plastic utensils. Why? If we want to preserve the earth, we need to change such practices. I had not even opened the separately packaged utensils, and they told me I needed to throw it out. Dear people of the North Sister café, Please change your practices and become more sustainable. Everything tastes betfer, too on real plates and in real cups etc

So so yummy! We got the Buddha bowl and the curried chick pea sandwich on gluten free bread; they were both delicious. So great to have vegan and gluten free options.

Delicious fresh and healthy food. Great coffee. Have tried both the “zen” and the “what’s up” for breakfast and loved both! A welcome addition to Osterville and appreciate that they open early and have great / fast service. Porch is lovely and quiet.

The cape desperately needed this cafe! It has become my go to spot for breakfast and lunch. Great variety of options but my favorites are the What’s Up sandwich, the veggie bagel and the California Cobb salad. Everything I’ve had there is always delicious and made from scratch. Super clean and inviting atmosphere with tables to sit at on the patio. Can’t recommend it enough!

Cute place and nice staff. But the food is bland, uninspired and just genuinely lacking flavor. Overall just not worth the wait.

I just stopped here for a quick snack and I got the coffee cake. I was soo good. Not very sweet like others and the oat meal crumble on top 👌🏽. Will have to stop here again the next time I’m passing through town and try a lunch item.
