Lady who mainly works the window with darker hair needs a serious evaluation on her customer service skills.My family goes to this dunkin’s every week and her personality never changes. She constantly sighs and rolls her eyes, no “thankyou” or “have a good day”. If you’re not a morning person or just a kind person in general, don’t work at a coffee+donut place.

Kid with the curly, black hair and glasses apparently can't read. Ordered a toasted bagel with CC and got a cold bagel with an inch layer of CC. My coffee tastes like it was made straight out of Candy Land; I ordered mine with less surgar and flavor swirl. They're all too busy gossiping in the morning that they resorted to a kiosk that they don't know how to read or operate. No matter what you order, food or coffee, it tastes like a**. Whole crew needs an adjustment or should at least reconsider career options. Sorry (not really) but i can find better ways to disappoint myself by wasting $10 at 5am.

While waiting for my coffee, I watched one of the employees use her dirty finger to flick the whipped cream off the top of a customers ice coffee order when she realized they didn’t order whipped cream. She then just mixed the coffee up and it was given to a customer at the drive through window.

I go here everyday which usually I place a mobile order but today instead I ordered at the speaker which I get the same thing iced latte xtra caramel and whole milk and I get up to the window and I’m told 6 something I questioned it I was told it was because of the xtra caramel and that’s when the worker lowered it to 5.79 I said Ty she goes to hand my drink I noticed it had cold foam I said I didn’t order cold foam and the worker rudely told me well if you didn’t say cold foam then I wouldn’t have made it that way and yesterday I got charged .50 cents for 1 butter packet
