The owner and manager of this particular establishment make up for probably the worst combination of a business's administration, the manager regularly lies and treats his employees horribly and demands that he not be contacted on his day off (despite contacting the employees on theirs). The owner decided to fire a newer employee because the manager lied and said he no call no showed. Not to mention, unless you put a billboard up in front of the managers residence stating what you want him to know, he will completely disregard any and all correspondence you have as far as your availability goes. A monumental disaster all round. Donuts are good though

Consistently bad service! Teach your employees how to use their words! No greeting at the drive through speaker nor at the window, just rude! What used to be a great location is now the worst.

Got an iced coffee today instead of the latte I ordered. A week or two ago I was given 18 munchkins instead of the 25 I ordered. I have had several items missing throughout my recent orders over the last couple months. I usually brush it off because im busy and dont have time to go back and correct it, but its gotten frustrating lately. Im putting in a review because they need to do better, go to another location if you want dunkins, theres a different one a minute up the road from here. Terrible service.

The manager doesn't were his pants above his but, he doesn't were any dunking logo stuff all his staff were nose rings and are very slow on server

Service here is usually good. But yesterday I got a pup cup with a chocolate munchkin. Someone should educate staff that chocolate is toxic to dogs.

I am not one to make reviews but this morning was terrible I was the first person in line and I pull up to pay and got my donut and then was told to pull up so I did. I wait probably three minutes till I’m told to pull around the corner. I then wait about 10 min before getting my food and I still don’t have my two drinks. I watched at least 15 cars drive out of that drive through before even getting my two drinks. I was the first person there and the very last to leave waiting for the bare minimum of food and two drinks. Absolutely ridiculous I’m sorry but that was just the worst it’s been ever up here
